Everything I order from her is def a miss and subpar quality compared to the plethora of other Dunkin’s in the area. They also seem to always run out of things much quicker. If you need something dependable don’t count on these guys.

I give it one star because I threw my order today 07/03/25 at 4:28 and I arrived at 4:45 and they didn’t have the order ready apart there was a guy with a bad attitude attending the drive-thru above all I ordered a mango refresher and the guy gave me the refreshing with whipped cream on top of the lid of the drink And I asked him for Napkins to clean the whipped cream lid and he gave me the Napkins with bad attitude I told him that the drink is not supposed to go like this and he said that he had not made the order but that the other employee and that he complained to her when they are working together to help each other I understand that the employee may be new but if you as an employee or manager see that the drink is not well done you are supposed to tell your co-worker that he made the drink wrong not tell the costumer I did not make the order it was her complain to him I never seen that a costumer going to claim a worker for those there are the managers to talk to them and explain to him how the drinks are made And I would like the managers or owners of the place to watch the videos of this day 07/03/25 at 4:46pm the guy disrespected verbally and I also answered verbally And he has to get used to seeing me because I’ve been a customer of that place for years and they’ve never disrespected me that way.

I ordered a hot chocolate and it was just dirty water, it didn't even taste like chocolate. The taste and flavor were horrible. I don't recommend it. It was money thrown in the trash, I couldn't even drink a little bit

This location sucks. They never get your order right. If they do get it right, the drink they give me is never mixed. Theres always trash in the bushes. I only stop here because it's next to my work.

Unfortunately, every visit I either get charged the wrong amount, I’m missing some items, or I’m given someone else’s order. It doesn’t matter if I order in person or for pickup through the app. Super uncool to get attitude from employees when I ask for my correct order when they’re the ones giving me the wrong order initially. Stopped coming here regularly and usually only stop by out of convenience because of their location.

Worst Dunkin' Donuts, Avoid this place, If you don't want your order to be bad, long wait, very bad food, you order something and they give you something different, or they always tell you that there isn't what you want, it's not just one time that I've been there, I've been there several times to different ones. Hours and it's always the same, I didn't want to comment before I was sure, but it is one of the least pleasant in Chelsea and its surroundings.
