I’m thoroughly disappointed in five guys now. This is my French fry place and today I ordered a large to share with my granddaughter and we got the equivalent of what is typically a small. They said they’re now using bags and they’re the same size as a McDonald’s. If this is new and since the draw in is the fries, this may be the last time we go to five guys!

I had a cheeseburger it didn’t taste very meaty taste . I still ate it because I was hungry. After a few hours I ran to the bathroom vometing my brains out. I should have known from the first bite something was off. My first time trying 5 guys I was so excited. I will never step foot again in any locations .

Went to Five Guys while visiting my daughter in boston. We've got them in San Diego but I don't really ever go. Not that I don't like them but I just don't ever take the opportunity to go. The hamburgers are really good! I have to say that given the options of making the Hamburger for you and all the toppings that you want specifically is great, but is the price worth it for what you get? I think not. And then not to include the fries or a combo meal, just makes it more expensive than your average hamburger and fry meal. That would be fine if you were out and you have Angus steak and a load of fries or tots but this was not that. Sure, they give you enough french fries to overflow your bag with your order but they charge you for it and it just doesn't quite meet the worth it test as far as I'm concerned. There are a lot of choices out there and I have to say for the price this was just okay.
