Exactly what you'd expect from a buffet, from the variety of foods, fruits, and desserts, right down to the selection of ice creams. I was surprised to find a sushi bar though. I enjoyed my meal, which was a great price for the amount of food you can get!

My fiancé and I passed by last Saturday to grab a quick lunch and the food was delicious! I hadn't gone in years so it was nice to be back. The servers were super kind and attentive, and for a Saturday afternoon it was pretty quiet. The restaurant overall is really clean and they stock it pretty quickly. I give it a 4/5 just bc it was a little pricier than I expected it to be, we paid $50 for two people and two fountain drinks so up to you if you think that's reasonable or not! But overall pretty good food/experience!

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food throughout. Whether it was the seafood or hot&sour soups, the clams, muscles, shrimps, crabs; the seaweed salad, the cabbage, chicken wings; anything really. All very flavorful and well prepared. Impressive for a buffet!

Great spot - nice variety of sushi - my fave- lots of choices at the buffet table - constantly refilled and fresh !!! Plenty of desserts too !!! Ice cream - cakes - banana cream pie- and lots of fresh fruit !! We love it here so much more than the other buffet !!! Mandarin is a smaller more intimate setting - staff is very accommodating and always polite cheerful- service is great !!! Everything is clean including the spotless bathrooms They servers work hard and although it's a buffet - you should definitely tip them !! They make sure your table is clean- drinks are full and all with a cheerful attitude !!! If you haven't been- def go !! You'll love it !

why better? crispy fish, chucken figers crispy, rengoon, I didnt even get to dessert!! fresh and awesome! comfy booths, clean ppolite service! drove from chestnut hill and will again!! slightly better than tin tin in allston ! 16$ lunch has pork red strips, pot stickers, but the crispy fish and huge rangoon crab crispy were my fav! one of best ive been to!! The Yutaka was nice too but had fewer nice entrees
