The wait isn't long, I always get my order done right, and the store isn't too messy but a bit crowded. Especially in the morning when people are getting breakfast.
Unfortunately, the bathroom isn't open majority of the time.
My only complaint is the service. From my personal experience, it seems like I'm not receiving the same respect as other customers. The other customers in question are fluent in Spanish and when I go to pick up a mobile order I sometimes receive a weird stare from the female cashier who runs the front majority of the time. But it doesn't seem like she acts that way towards customers who speak Spanish since she also speaks Spanish. I'm not sure if that's just a misunderstanding but it is peculiar that when I have gone there, that's the service I have consistently received when I've been in this stablishment. I prefer the McDonald's by the Mandarin Buffet but I come to this one every now and then since it's closer to my home. If you don't mind the customer service, then it's not too bad.

I arrived at this McDonald’s—perched forlornly at the terminus of \\in the shadow of a flicker t sign and abutting a park that has surrendered to decay—like a pilgrim reaching a neon-lit cathedral of late capitalism at the witching hour. It was just past 2:00 AM on a Wednesday, and the world felt hollowed out. The six-lane expanse was nearly empty, save for the occasional lonely car swooshing by like a lost ghost. In the distance, the Star Market’s logo glowed weary and half-burnt-out, presiding over an empty parking lot littered with a confetti of old receipts and plastic bags. The adjacent park—once presumably a cheerful patch of green where children played—now lay in sullen ruin: rusted swings that screeched softly in the night breeze, graffiti-tagged benches, and a single streetlamp casting a sickly orange halo onto overgrown weeds. This was the stage for my midnight meal, a tableau of urban entropy that could have been co-directed by David Lynch and the City of Somerville’s neglect. And I, an overly observant Boston local with insomnia and an appetite for both French fries and existential insight, stepped onto this stage equal parts dramatis personae and bewildered witess

Completely disrespectful! I had my service dog with me and everytime I go in there people have there dogs and I being mines in. They haven't said anything and I decided to bring mines today and the manager and other supervisors that it was okay to ask me for my papers for my service dog. By law they can not ask me for any papers or ID cards the only thing they can ask if its a service animal for a disability and what task they can perform. I literally told the women by law she cant ask me and she wanted to keep arguing about it. Not only that my dog wasn't even on the ground and wasn't posing a threat to anyone. We weren't even in there for more then 5 mins. Workers should definitely learn the laws before questioning anything.

NOT open 24 hours! Said they were open at 5am. Arrive and its closed, only open for UberEats.
These are some very miserable workers at this location, sadly- and they do their best to make sure you know it. I have observed the young latina supervisor lady on evening shift be quite rude to young people and black patrons especially- while feigning kindness to white people and being friendly to Spanish speakers.
Be prepared to wait EXTRA long if you order in-person; certain employees here consider it a personal insult against them if you try to place an order in English 😑
There are, of course, a few people working here (older lady supervisor and young gentleman supervisor) who are excellent, friendly, and kind to all- hopefully they find a better store to work at before the culture at this store gets to them.

Terrible service even for fast food
The young people who serve there are very distant, they ignore you and take a long time to pay attention to the customer and also to the people who are going to pick up the deliveries, an unpleasant experience.

Came in this morning for an iced coffee. Both ladies at the register were extremely friendly and they were smiling at me. Got a very good vibe. Will definitely be back
