They concentrate mostly on the drive through. If you go inside, prepare for an extremely long wait for someone to take your order. Then to boot they seem like you are bothering them !

Although everything else was good the atmosphere is not the one I would ever going to again it is very cold and uninviting. Not someone you want to sit and enjoy your food. This is something I think McDonald's needs to rethink before redoing over any other McDonald's like this. 😢

Worst mcdonalds ever.Never gets my order right. Made me wait 40 min for my curbside pickup and i had to go inside and get myself.Charged me for items that i didnt even order. Never again.

I like going to this McDonald’s location because the food tastes better than other locations. It’s hot and “fresh.” Best “Go to late night meal.” However recently service has been awful. Staff is deaf at drive through. They literally don’t hear anything. My order has been wrong multiple times. Today I went to order as I usually do and I got a different sandwich than what I said. And then when I went back inside, I had to pay for another sandwich. Even though it was their fault that the order was wrong in the first place. What the heck am I supposed to do with another sandwich I don’t like? Especially when the blood pressure and cholesterol have settled into the sandwich.

Worst McDonald’s experience I ever had I waited for my food for 17 minutes and when I asked what was taking so long the manager asked me if I wanted my money back

Both bathrooms were closed for the entire lunch rush, which is completely unacceptable. An elderly woman even mentioned she had been waiting over two hours just for it to open. When she and another customer finally got in, the place was covered in liquid — clearly the wrong time to do a deep cleaning when customers needed it. Restaurants are required to provide working restrooms, and this location failed at that basic responsibility.

On top of that, the manager showed no care for customers. A child who had already purchased a shake asked for a simple cup of tap water, and the manager flat-out refused. Most places provide that without a problem, but here the manager was cold-hearted and unhelpful. It came across as pure laziness and unwillingness to do even the simplest things that would cost the company nothing but mean a lot to the customer.

Overall, this was a lousy experience. Bathrooms unavailable, unsanitary conditions, and a manager who doesn’t care about customer service. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Food poisoning!!!
I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s since I was a child. Obviously, McDonald’s is not real food but in a pinch, it’s there. I was also among those who fought for snack wraps to return. Be careful what you wish for, because snack wraps from this location gave me food poisoning two different times.

slow headed workers took me 15 minutes to make an order the cashier couldn’t understand me not because of a language barrier or anything just straight stupid on top of that the order was wrong
