The workers seem prejudiced towards non Spanish people . Twice I ordered from here and they made me sit at the drive through parking spot while they served 5 people behind me . The 2nd time someone who came 5 mins after me got his food while I waited in line , when I finally got the order, they gave me the wrong food with no napkins after waiting there for over 10 mins . This is how they treat respectful customers . So I have to wait another 5 mins and go back to have my food corrected, this is suppose to be fast food . Hire people that can read please , it says the order on the wrapper they are doing it on purpose .

Placed a mobile order and went to pick it up. Sat at the drive thru speaker for 10mins. No response. Decided to drive to the window to see if I can talk to anyone. Made eye contact with 3 people in there. Waited another 10mins just for someone to finally acknowledge me and come to the window just to tell me they are closed.
If someone would've just told me that through the speaker, I would've saved myself 19 mins...

A young girl named isabella who works at this location, had a very rude attitude and wasn’t helping me, and was laughing in the back. However her coworker was kind and helped me, I never got his name. If this establishment is going to hire people then it would be good if they could hire people who are kind and are willing to help people out. Please do not have a girl who doesn’t have basic manners to work at the front, or just don’t hire unqualified children.

Almost $5 for a sundae at mcdonalds, for a drop of hot fudge… and the worker wants to tell me he cant add more lmao. Lower the prices if u wanna be cheap

I Mobile ordered from them few times recently and my order is always miss something (fries, nuggets, drinks for kids). It looks like it's a habit at this store and someone is keeping it for themselves. I hope someone will act fast and investigate this robberies ??? Or something else .

Must of the employees have no manners at all. Always people on the overnight shift messed my orders up all the time or they don't have them ready; And when I go with my friends to eat there they act like they don't want to work there, their costumer service is SO BAD. Why managers can't see that?; So I will say that some of them have customer service skills, but I can count them with my fingers. Terrible.
