Adam writing, i left maine with my pregnant mexican wife looking to satiate her gustatory senses of the mexican food she knows and loves. We ordered gorditas, tamales, y a cemita. To drink we had a coffee and a horchata. The service was good, coffee came with half and half on side and sugar and gorditas came with salsa verde y rojo. All the food looked and tasted extrodinarily authentic. I should know because i spent 6 months in puebla mexico, and my wife all her life in Mexico. The wait staff was very attentive. The place was decorated with all things latin american and we saw a nice photo of cholula puebla mexico on the wall as well as other nice artwork. I was blown away by the prices because the bill was 40 dollars for 3 good size gorditas, 2 large tamales, a big cemita, a nice horchata that my wife loved, and a coffee. The music was great too. I coukd have thought we were in 🇲🇽. Going next door to the tienda we also found many nice things as well. Great experience. My wife and i had a very nice date and for once in her lifetime she finally found mexican food in united states that she likes!! The rest she wont even tolerate.. the tamales were served piping hot and looked and tasted how you expect them to taste in mexico. The gorditas were a little different than the gorditas we eat in cholula mexico but Anna said they were just a different style as these were gorditas norteńas. The cemita was exactly as expected and all the food was cooked with care and was super tasty. Blown away by taste, cost, service, music, and setting!!! Recommend x100!!!
