I really enjoy their pizza! I've lived in Chelsea a while and I've been trying to find pizza like this ! But the service here needs I mprovement... Everytime I order theres an issue whether it be through Uber eats, on their site, in person or over the phone. Delivery takes forever, I've ordered online and told when I got there that they didnt make my order because they didn't have the ingredients ( they could've called to offer a substitute or even gave me a heads up before going all the way there. And when I call tIn an order I can't make one because the person answering the phone only speak Spanish and can't take my order. It's frustrating honestly.. as much as I enjoy the food the service/experience doesn't make me want to order from them.

This pizza doesn't work... lousy service, a flavorless pizza without sauce, in short, nothing good in flavor ?♀️ and delivery was super super slow ? I waited more than an hour and it's not at all more flavorless cheese than ingredients and sauce... I won't buy again, on top of that the girl who delivered started laughing like crazy because I didn't give her the change because I didn't deserve to pay for a terrible pizza that came all smashed in the box...
Don't worry, the pizza is pure bread without flavor.....it's not like before, it was the best pizza ?

Placed an order for pickup , when I got there they said they never got it so I canceled the order online and placed it at the restaurant. Chicken fingers and fries . Then after 10minutes they tell me something is wrong with the deep fryer…. I wait another 25 minutes left , came back because I noticed they forgot something. the young woman at the counter was very nice and apologized for the issues …..Then I get home they gave me the wrong food …. When calling to talk with someone the phone the phone on there end kept getting passed around

Bacon and cheese quesadilla was a joke. The cheese was non existence and there was nothing else besides bacon wrapped in tortilla. Fries clearly came out the freezer. Pizza is alright.
