My first experience with the New bridge Cafe was more than 40 years ago. The steak was always tender and the marinade they used, truly enhanced the flavor instead of overpowering it. The sausage locally sourced was flavorful and juicy. Over the years I've returned to this restaurant partially for the nostalgia, but more importantly because the food remained delicious. Yes, the prices have increased quite a bit and the portions have gotten a little smaller, but isn't that the case everywhere you go? I'll keep coming back for the memories, but mostly for the steak tips!

For the first time I can say we were very disappointed with NB last night. We got take out, decided to split a comb steak tips and turkey tips thinking it was and should be large enough for two since they usually are. Got home opened the meat and found 4 small steak tips and 4 small Turkey tips. Thought this was strange since a regular steak tip or Turkey tip dinner is usually large enough for two. In fact when we dine in we always had left overs to bring home. We got the large fries which are always good, no complaints there. And a small side salad. On a slightly positive note, we ordered the fries as our one side. The bartender switched the salad as our side dish and charged us for the fries. Other wise we would have had to pay $12:50 for that small salad, which was shocking but the switch save us some $. So, I don’t know what happened to the typical decent portion size, but the 8 small pieces of meat did not add up to $44 in my opinion. We got short changed va NB usually satisfying portion size. Hopefully phantom gourmet doesn’t get what we got. That would not be good. He’s always bragging about how large the portion size is. Think I’ll stay away for awhile.

👍Perfect as always! This is a regular place for my family to visit or take-out. Consistently great food time & time again 😁 My regular now is the Chicken lemon w/wedges or rice but I just realized a couple of visits ago how big their fries are. Literally wedged potatoes, So good. The rest of the family always gets what's on the grill, The Steak Tips, lamb, sausage & a meatball for the baby. A must try! ENJOY

Years ago this restaurant was great. Hadn't been there for 30 years and recently drive over an hour to get there. Service was the worst! The older waitress with short hair had the worst attitude problem. We had a party of 8 so its an automatic 18% gratuity. After calculation she added a 20% gratuity for herself, not the 18% it says in the menu. So we had to deal with her attitude, which killed my appetite, then in the end she tried to screw us. There are better choices out there for restauramts. Choose wisely. Eight of us walked in laughing and happy. We all walked out miserable!

We ordered take out and the steak tips & lamb tips were literally RAW. I called back to let them know and they said there’s nothing they can do as it was a third party delivery service. How this food left the kitchen like this is appalling. Not to mention, last time I ordered they forgot a whole meal and told me the same thing. Figured I’d give them another chance but never again.

Newbridge never disappoints. taste, potions and service are great. I moved to the West Coast 25 yrs ago and I always try and visit Newbridge when I visit Boston. If you've never been, you will enjoy a generous portion of steak tips here.

The service is excellent . The staff and bartender super friendly, attentive and welcoming. The food is amazing . Like omg ? good. Wait time not too bad . Price is reasonable for the portion size , freshness and quality. Yum ?. I use to come here as a kid , it hasn’t changed much everything is still so good. Place is spotless including the bathrooms. Parking in their lot or you can get street parking.

You can never go wrong. It's our go to place when craving good steak tips, perfectly cooked lamb tips and the fries and salad is the icing on the cake.
Parking: When it's during the busy hours it can be hard to find parking if the lots filled.
Kid-friendliness: Always friendly service even when busy. Our waitress was great checking in with us and was very accommodating.
