My husband and I come to The NewBridge now and again. We've have a couple bad meals over the years but we understand that things can happen so we did not write them off ...until now. The service was terrible! We were sat at the first table overlooking the tables where the servers and host sit. In our case 99% of the time. Our server sat there on her phone almost the entire time. We noticed our food was taking longer than it should have. We didn't say a word. Another server walked over to let our server know that she had a food order that had been sitting there "a while." She replied with a shocked "I do?" Then looked back at her phone for a minute and then went to check on the food. Yes, you guessed it. Ice cold. She dropped it at the table and immediately sat back at her table on her phone. I had to call her from her phone to ask if my food could be warmed up. After she returned with the warmed up food ....yes you guessed it right back at the table on the phone. We were not her only table. Not once did she ask us if we needed anything if everything was cooked ok. In addition the host sat on her phone at the table across from her and was annoyed anytime a customer came in and asked for something. Also, the bartender came over to the "servers table" to complain about a customer that gave her a bad tip because she was rude to him. After we got the bill the server did not return for 15 minutes to take our card. This is a poor reflection on management. We will not be back.

Got take out from NewBridge Cafe yesterday, surf and turf steak tips and scallops, it was horrible, not only portions small but the baked scallops tasted terrible, all this for $45 00 absolutely ridiculous. I have went there for 35 years and all they do now is raise prices and do not care about customers. Asked for medium well tips, got practically raw again and have to cook them at home again, not likely to go back again until they start treating people better.

So I ordered Newbridge cause I was in the mood for steak tip..my wide and i...when we were ordering online there is nowhere we could ask for the steak tips to be well done and extra dressing for our salad..when I called to ask them I was rudely answered and hung up on..I even said they could charge my card for the extra dressing...so of course when u got the food my steak was so rare I got a teaspoon of dressing and the whole order was just awful..I will never go back there!!!

Consistent throughout the years. Prices have jumped quite a bit but I'll happily pay for their high quality steak tips rather than cheaper, lesser quality elsewhere. As always, the antipasto salad and rice pilaf never disappoint. The staff is always very sociable and quick to joke around with ya. Originally from Massachusetts and now in Manchester NH, I gladly make the drive multiple times a year. Also I quite enjoy the old feeling of the place as it hasn't changed one bit since I was a kid 30 years ago but as old as everything is, it's always very clean.

Legendary local pub with great grill food. Prices are a bit high but portions are huge. We got a personal antipasto (enormous!), meatball appetizer (Delicious!), and a combo plate of steak and lamb tips with their signature rice. Everything was very good and service prompt and friendly.
