Would love an update on the hours, or a 0hone that has a voicemail, i showed up during open hours on thursday and the shop was closed with no sign saying why or when they would open again. Now it is Friday and i called twice, the first time its possible i got hung up on, the second time someone answered and there was silence. I thought they may be suspicious of my out of state phone number so i said i was a chelsea resident trying to reach the bakery to clear up any confusion. More silence and they hung up. I'm trying to support local but theyre not making it easy.

This place use to be a good bakery for cakes. Especially when they had a location in E.Boston. Now they have fallen in quality. My wife just bought a cake that apparently was already going bad at the bakery unknowingly to us as the customer. When she brought it home it was refrigerated for about 5 hrs until we decided to have some and the fruits inside were very rancid. Gave some to my family and they said the same thing, that the cake and the fruit inside were bad. Plus no customer service. They were Annoyed that we even called and brought the cake back, didn’t even offer a full refund.

Very bad experience, my sister-in-law went to bring a cake for her birthday and when we served it to the guests everyone started returning it and throwing it in the trash because the cream was completely damaged and the cake tasted super sour it was as if it had not been refrigerated for for a long time and it was refrigerated again, so it was completely thrown away and when it was done, the complaint was made to the store and they asked for the cake back, like that, why ask for that back? If the 100 was discarded, is it a violation of the health code to return food already started to the establishment, would it be resold? I seriously apologize for this but we were disappointed and the handling of this matter was not adequate either.

Received a box of cake pops and cupcakes for my son’s birthday yesterday & they were HORRIBLE.. hard as rocks. Tasted bad, dry af. Very obviously old. Had to throw it all away. What a waste. Clearly from all the bad reviews, you have no desire to improve. Good luck staying in business, then.

i placed a very last-minute order for 2 dozen brownies and could not be more pleased!! not only did the lovely ladies here kindly accommodate my last-minute request, but the brownies were out-of-this-world: delicious and beautiful. i will be returning here again!! (hablan español y inglés aqui)

I bought a cake for my dad's birthday and no one could it the cake was sour I don't know if it was expired cake i am very disappointed and it wasn't cheap either i would not recommend anyone to buy here
One of my employees purchased a box of macarons from your bakery and they were phenomenal! Honestly, probably the best I’ve ever had! Huge hit. I’ll definitely be recommending! 🥰🫶

Well, I always preferred this place, a long-time customer, but now it was a bad experience with my daughter's cake. The cake, in her mind, had to be made of Oreo and flowers and fondant letters and stich made of candy and to give it an Oreo flavor they added it. The cookies were almost whole in the middle and the stich doll was cut out of some cardboard. The truth is, I still told the girl that the price didn't matter, just that I wanted something well done with this order. It was the last thing. In truth, it's the third time that they didn't tell me. I liked bad decoration and cakes that taste old. I don't recommend this place anymore. Nothing to see, just what you order.

All I have to say is… they are selling expired cakes!!! I bought a cake for my sister’s birthday we couldn’t even eat it cause it tasted rancid. Then Find out that a guest at the party also bought cake from here once and also they received an expired cake as well. So this is not a one time screw up. I can’t believe it.
