Long time fan and customer, first time reviewer. Not only is Prattville consistently fantastic with excellent prices, but I accidentally dropped the bag of food down the stairs and they packed it so perfectly that there was nothing out of place. Will continue to recommend to anyone who will listen!

Since moving to Chelsea about 3.5 years ago, my family has ordered from Prattville regularly. These are nice people with inconsistent quality to their food. Their prices are affordable compared to other pizza and grill shops within a 2 mile radius but that doesn't excuse quality. Frankly, I'd rather pay more if I can get consistent quality.

For example, when I order steak tip salads and you give me 6 decent pieces of steak (and that was the expectation for that particular order) and then less than a month later give me 4 pieces of steak for the same price point, I feel cheated.

Another example is pizza, great one moment and over cooked the next.

As I said, nice people but I want consistency too. I will more than likely look for another place to order our family night dinners. I think we've given them enough of a chance with our business.

Prattville Pizza is one of my go to spots! My absolute favorite is the chicken kabob on a Greek salad , it’s always fresh and flavorful. The staff is very accommodating too, they never mind when I ask for extra tomatoes and olives, which makes the meal even better. I also love their buffalo chicken wings, they’re packed with flavor. I even tried the burger, and it was surprisingly really good! Overall, everything I’ve had here has been tasty, and the service is always friendly. I highly recommend giving this place a try.

Really good pizza, friendly service and quick turn around on orders. I grab my lunch from here often and am never disappointed. The pizzas are great the crust is a very good Sicilian style and the toppings are good quality. The canzone are good and both the hot and cold subs are worth every penny. If you're in the Chelsea/Revere area.... stop in for a a slice or sub. You won't be disappointed.

I’m honestly leaving this review to remind myself to never order from here again. It’s very close to my work so every now and then it seems convenient and I order from there but they can’t even get grilled chicken correct. It taste absolutely disgusting and like rubber every single time. On top of that, I felt completely sick while I was eating a Greek salad wrap. Like I said, this is my reminder to myself to never order from this place again! Every single time I do, I question my own life choices!

bad customer service. I around 12: 30 pm want there to order Alfredo chicken. the nan who is working today said he didn't understand what I am asking and yelled at. he didn't take the order.

I’m a very picky person if you’re looking for a delicious tasting and amazing looking calzone choose this location. Also they make amazing crispy chicken wraps! Definitely looking forward to ordering again and again !

Delicious food, great service whether you eat in or have it delivered, reasonable prices for what you get. Some of my favorites are the fried fish, steak and cheese subs, chicken wings, and so much more. This is our go-to place because it's more than just a pizza shop it is a family style restaurant where you can get an appetizer. Delicious pizza, wraps, subs, club sandwiches, Dinners and desserts.
