Rude and takes forever. Gave this place a couple shots but same customer service
Order was wrong. No extra foam and a splash of coconut milk with water. What a waste. Won't be using this. Never have a problem..unless I go here.

The experience wasn’t terrible a girl didn’t let my mom talk and she didn’t want to put sugar on my coffee and I’m 7 year old a girl gave me a really hot coffee they didn’t even gave me a coffee cover

Painfully slow. Over 20 extra minutes for a mobile order I had put in way beforehand. Drinks are usually fine but the service, good lord.

I often come to this location and I am familiar with the wait times which is fine, it might be busy or understaffed. But today a food item was missing so I asked a barista that I’m waiting on it and wondering if it will come out, (because it’s happened before where they lost my ticket) But she asked the staff and said it will be out shortly, it never came out so after almost 10 minutes I ask again, & she gave me attitude and put the food in herself (they must’ve forgot) and after a little bit she gave the croissant with attitude to my husband. Which to me was uncalled for. On top of that it was the wrong item.

Legit the worst Starbucks around. First time I came drinks were wrong, second time I ordered it took them over 20 minutes to complete and give me the order, came a third time same thing over 20 minutes waiting after placing online order this is morning afternoon and night. The staff is nice but they got no urgency and the store literally be empty😐

I waited over 30 minutes just for a hot coffee and an iced latte. The staff seemed nice, but the service was really slow — hopefully it improves next time.

As an entrepreneur, I understand how important leadership and teamwork are. Even while the store is seeking a manager, your crew has done an incredible job maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
As a community member, I really appreciate the effort to connect and understand others. My first visit was a little rocky — not because of the service, but because of my custom drink (which not everyone’s trained to make). Still, the team handled it with patience, open-mindedness, and support for one another. You could feel the team love.

I ordered tonight at 9:45 pm an ice pumpkin latte and a tall late with brown sugar and oatmilk bad attention in latte tasted only of milk, it had no coffee flavor I stayed about 10 minutes in the drive thru waiting for a straw The workers walked they looked at me eh they ignored terrible attention

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this place is especially bad. Bad customer service. Like really bad. Avoid.
Edit: this establishment is also poorly managed (as evidence, the boilerplate responses it gives to all bad reviews) and the staff is poorly trained so you can't really fault them, when it comes from the top.

Don't waste your time here. Service it's horrible and even if you order ahead they take 20 mins to make 1 cup of coffee. Go to a different location.

I order a ice matcha latte. I waited 15 minutes on top of that there’s no ice. It’s all foam. The ice matcha doesn’t even look green but looks and taste more like milk. There’s no matcha in here

Window workers are friendly however, very slow service, so if you need to be somewhere on time I wouldn’t recommend stopping here. The drive-thru is like a funeral procession. And after all the waiting…there’s a 50 percent chance you’ll get what you asked for. Good luck!
