I ordered tonight at 9:45 pm an ice pumpkin latte and a tall late with brown sugar and oatmilk bad attention in latte tasted only of milk, it had no coffee flavor I stayed about 10 minutes in the drive thru waiting for a straw The workers walked they looked at me eh they ignored terrible attention

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this place is especially bad. Bad customer service. Like really bad. Avoid.
Edit: this establishment is also poorly managed (as evidence, the boilerplate responses it gives to all bad reviews) and the staff is poorly trained so you can't really fault them, when it comes from the top.

Don't waste your time here. Service it's horrible and even if you order ahead they take 20 mins to make 1 cup of coffee. Go to a different location.

I order a ice matcha latte. I waited 15 minutes on top of that there’s no ice. It’s all foam. The ice matcha doesn’t even look green but looks and taste more like milk. There’s no matcha in here

Window workers are friendly however, very slow service, so if you need to be somewhere on time I wouldn’t recommend stopping here. The drive-thru is like a funeral procession. And after all the waiting…there’s a 50 percent chance you’ll get what you asked for. Good luck!
15 minutes to get my coffe order with only one car in front of me, and only to find out my single cold brew black coffee order turned in to a cup full of cream with a hint of coffe. Not to mention, you ask for a little bit of cream on the side, and they give you a full 10oz. Cup of cream, and when you say I don't need that much cream they just say just throw it out, so now I have to deal with this extra cup of cream! WTH!!

1 star for service and 1 for atmosphere, because the workers make this a bad atmosphere! They are rude, particularly about the bathroom. Even after I ordered a drink (& I always order drinks) they still make the process of using bathroom WAY more difficult than it needs to be !!! The tall skinny manager guy, usually wears a black hat, I think he's a floor manager or something, may even be the GM, hell if I know! Black hat guy by himself pretty much ruined this Starbucks for me. He went out of his way to be passive aggressive. Like dude, silence could have sufficed; come on, like nod your head, or just don't say anything. I avoid this Starbucks altogether lately. Go to other one in Chelsea. They are much cooler folks over there 💯

They are too slow. Waiting 30 minutes for a matcha is too long.
They need more staff!! This location is clearly understaffed, the wait times can go as high as 15-20 min and then they come to you with the wrong order. I know of at least 3 people with barista experience applying to this Starbucks and being turned down which blows my mind as they clearly need the help. Do better. Having only 2 people working an a busy morning can really start your day off poorly as you will more than likely be late to work.

Have started coming here for our morning coffee. Drinks have always tasted great and staff has been friendly. My dog loves the pup cups. We like not having to go to Bell Circle or the highway to get our Starbucks!

Staff were very welcoming. Every time I come in they ask about my day and make my drink perfectly. They always make an effort to get to know me and even memorized my entire order. Staff are always friendly. Truly never been to a better Starbucks. I have no complaints.

10minutes for a drink with 4 workers doing nothing
I waited over 10 minutes at the register mind you I was the only one there with four workers in the store. When the worker finally did arrive to the register to take my order which he saw me standing at the whole time he stated why didn’t I just mobile order on the app as if it was a hassle or nuisance for him to take my order. I would understand if it was one of the stores which is only mobile based, but for him to act as if I was an inconvenience just for me to be standing there waiting for someone to take my order was extremely disappointing as I’ve never experienced an interaction like this at any Starbucks. I’ve been to Starbucks packed with tens of people and not once was there customer service as bad as this. I could have been fine with the waiting but not the rudeness of the worker. I even feel dumb for going thru with my order as I don’t trust the people who made my drink. Will definitely never go again.
