Just tried to walk in sign says they close at 8 they closed before 7:30 i noticed this happens a lot, if you don't want the business just update the hours ,or just close the business or even better fire the person that clearly doesn't want to be there past 7:30 .

I was told when I was paying that the dining area is closed despite my visit at 6pm. Guy said they're closing early at 7:30, do you think I'm going to destroy your precious dining area in the last hour and a half? Or cleaning a few crumbs of bread will take more than 1.5 hr? Can't imagine this place being clean if they're too lazy to clean the the dining area.

Not to mention the subs are WAY OVERPRICED at this location. More than $10 for a foot long cold cut combo whereas other locations are $8-$9

The customer service was not great. The employee gave me toppings that I didn't want, and the atmosphere was really uncomfortable. I didn't even get a chance to customize my order, the employee just put everything on without my permission.

The worst subway experience u can get is in this one , every-time is the same wrong orders while ordering online , today had to go to the store so i can get a good sandwich the asian girl was very rude had me wait 20 minutes coz she had orders online , than still keep asking for more time when she finished end up missing all my order . Am fed up with this store i would give them a 0 star if i could

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. This subway has the rudest employee and he’s been rude every single time i’ve been there. He’s very condescending and rude for a person who literally works in customer service?? I ordered a small sub specifically only from him to make the 12 inch and then be condescending and rude towards me saying i shouldve paid attention - mind you i was not rude or hostile and did not say a word other than ā€œoh i wanted the 6 inchā€ and did end up paying for it. But he kept whispering something under his breath. I’ve never met an employee who hates his customers so much lol this guy needs to be fired.

I have been here on several occasions but today that I came I had a very unpleasant moment the person who attended me was very rude as if wanting to discriminate because he thought he did not speak English, he even mocked saying that I was saying something wrong, I think they should improve with customer service which is very important.

Ordered for the first time mobile order. I went in and the guy was rude after I told him I was the mobile order. Asked if I wanted it toasted and I said yes please and this guy pointed at the receipt saying I didn’t ask for that online and I apologized said it was my first time but I would like it toasted and this dude just said ok but the receipt doesn’t say that. I was so confused as to why ask me just to tell me I can’t have it toasted?? He could see my face was just confused and toasted it anyway. He made it very loud and obvious he didn’t want to. After that barely put anything on that sandwich and I asked if he could put a little more but said it would be extra charge.
The girl worker there was speaking another language to him and seemed like she was telling him to just put more but he was clearly not feeling nice or idk maybe they aren’t making money so they have to give out less?? I don’t know what’s going on but not coming here again lol.
