I have been to Tambo multiple times now and each time the food has tasted just as delicious. It’s hard to find consistency and the food is amazing every time. Tambo is truly one of the best restaurants around. The place is beautiful and the whole staff is the kindest of people. Tambo is a must try if you ever want to know what Peruvian food should really taste like.
The food is amazing. I ordered the arroz con patio, it was delicious, the Peruvian pearl peppers on the dish blew my mind. This was complimented by a pisco sour which was a beautifully crafted cocktail. I’ll definitely be back to try some other dishes.
Tambo 22 Peruvian Kitchen & Bar served one of the best meals I’ve ever had—without a doubt, a 6 out of 5! Every dish was a flavor explosion, but the Arroz Con Pato (duck with bomba rice) stole the show. The duck was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the rice was packed with such incredible flavor, I found myself savoring every bite.
