Horrible pizza, horrible dirty kitchen. Pizza is thin and small. Very skim with toppings. Tried multiple times hoping it was a mess up and disappointed every time.

First time I ordered I ordered a salad a couple days ago half way esting it there's a fruit fly in it. Today I called again for a pic up order I ordered garlic French fries and I got salted fries instead. I called and complaint about the fries but to be ask to go in again to get another order is crazy order should of been right the first time. The lady did say to go in the next day to pick up a another order of fries but how I feel now won't be ordering from here again. 2 times can't let it happen the 3rd time to be wasting my money.

Love The Jug The Brown Jug is an old favorite in Chelsea Ma and it's new location is excellent! I love thin crust pizza that's crispy with plenty of cheese and sauce. It's a round pizza but because it's hand made, the circle isn't always perfect but the taste always is! Love its new location and the pizza is as great as I remember! Great bar drinks, staff is very nice. Very clean and professionally run! I highly recommend ! Thanks

The pizza was hard as a hockey and burnt. The service was atrocious and waiter was sweating and mumbling like they where under the influence of something. And to top it of it was over 100 bucks for me and 3 people. Unacceptable and also beer was flat. I am really in shock people love a place with bad service and stale beer, burnt pizza, and stiff old uncomfortable and shaky red booth with chipped paint. Disgusting and despicable.

Best pizza in the state of MA. So worth the price. I had been searching for a worthy pizza for months as I moved from NJ. This place is absolute gold. I will never stop coming here. It’s changed my mind about moving back to my home state. It is a hidden gem.

The pizza is excellent! Our go tos are the cheese pizza and the antipasto salad (absolute favorite). Relaxing vibes, we were last there on a Thursday and they had trivia going on on the bar side. The only negative in my opinion is the seating on the dining room side - hard wooden benches. Recommend for great pizza and food!

The pizza is inconsistent sometimes the pizza is good and other times it's burnt and lacks toppings. I'd have to agree with other reviews they skimp on toppings but charge over $20, also the slices aren't cut evenly looks like a kid made these pizzas.Parking: not bad

Not a bad place to pre game or end the night the food is sub par. Back in tge day this pizza was talked about around town. Not so much these days it's "ok" the wings are great but pricey . The locals are fun to watch and the place is a good place to watch a game.
