Staff was great. Friendly and polite. Food was so amazing. They have pictures of what the building was used for before the resteraunt. In one of the pictures it used to be a gas station and in another it used to be a garage. Which the building still has the big doors in the back from when it was a garage. It was cute and had a great view of the mountains on a rainy foggy day.
This morning I got sausage egg and cheese sandwich for breakfast from Carms. For their sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches, Carms uses sausage links rather than sausage patties. My personal preference is sausage patties for a breakfast sandwich. That being said, the sandwich was still pretty tasty (you can't really go wrong with a sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich!) and the service and the atmosphere were both phenomenal, so overall it was a positive experience.
What a gem this place is! I was thrilled to discover a Monte Cristo on the menu, and it came with a little dish of maple syrup for dipping--so delish! My son got the corned beef hash breakfast and really enjoyed it. All of the bread was homemade. They also have biscuits and gravy and shrimp and grits on the menu; it was hard to choose! The two of us ate a very filling brunch for what it normally costs for one person to eat these days, like they never jacked up their prices when...
