Having moved to the area from Chicago I was surprised and delighted to not miss eating pizza in Chicago. I relish all aspects of this amazing treasure. Especially the pizza, bialys, croissants, vanilla bean cheesecake and the ginger apricot scones. The list is endless. Thank you, Greg💕

Had a vegetarian breakfast sandwich, it was my first time trying a sandwich here. My friend got me one and I cut it in half, took one bite and felt something strange in my mouth. I went to fish it out and it was a light colored hair. Totally gross!
A couple weeks ago I had a sandwich at another place (I won’t mention the name) my friend (same one) took me and we had the same thing happen. It was a bagel sandwich and we cut it in half and when I went to give him half I found a hair completely imbedded in the bagel like it was cooked in. He was so grossed out he threw it out. I checked my half and found another hair in it! So I threw mine out as well. It was too bad because we were both pretty hungry and the sandwich was expensive (like 10 bucks)
I left a bad review for them as well and they responded saying they outsource the bagels from a place in NY so maybe it wasn’t entirely their fault but they should have better quality control once the product is in their hands.
My friend told me that you guys bake your own bread so I guess you don’t have the same excuse. He said he will never eat at either of these two places ever again (and he’s been there many times in the past) but all it took was one bad experience to ruin it for him forever. Since my breakfast sandwich only had a hair in half of it I checked the other half carefully and found nothing so I ate it. He ate his sandwich before mine and didn’t notice any hairs but after finding out I had one in mine he was so grossed out that he may have eaten hair in his without noticing.
I did want to mention that the half that I ate was actually delicious and hair in my food doesn’t gross me out as badly as it may some people. My sister would’ve thrown up immediately if she found hair in her food. Some people aren’t as bothered but it is still disgusting no matter what.
I thought this sandwich was from the same place as before because I swear the hair looked the same color and length and I was surprised he would go back there, but when I told him I was going to leave them another bad review he said it was from a different place (you guys) so I decided to look you up and let you know that you should probably be more careful about hair in people’s food.
11/10 would recommend!! Great coffee and the best breakfast sandwich I have ever eaten, enjoyed a nice bacon egg and cheese on a ham&cheese brioli.

Such a wonderful place to stop for lunch! The sandwiches were fantastic on homemade sourdough bread, and the cream of mushroom soup was absolutely divine. Everyone here was so friendly and kind, and it has a very charming atmosphere. My daughter had a chocolate chip cookie and said it was delicious!

The only place we order pizza from because it’s truly the best! The quality of the ingredients is second to none and the dough comes out tasting incredible each and every time. They also have the best dessert options (cheesecakes, brownies, pies, etc) and mouthwatering muffins that are impossible to pass up. Their breakfast sandwiches are primo too. We’ve ordered from here dozens of times and have not been disappointed once. They also do catering! Greg and his team are the kindest and so hardworking, they’re a joy to be around.

Love the sourdough pizza! Bialys are great too.
Their Muffaletta is the best sandwich in western MA by a lot. I hope they never stop making! Emeril, eat your heart out!
Went for the sandwiches and ended up getting Pizza that Dave Portnoy could be reviewing. Top notch. The wood fired pizza dough was great and the ingredients farm fresh.

Best carrot 🥕 cake ever. Friends bring it to us every month. yum yum 😋
Just went for a breakfast sandwich and muffins and coffee. I was happy that they had so much gluten-free muffins and scones but they are a bit oversweetened. The coffee is good and the vegetarian breakfast sandwich was very very good.
