Very small portions and very expensive. Don't mind paying if you leave satisfied but we left feeling hungry.
Our server was attentive and caring, and our food was delicious. However, the music was blasting so loudly that it interfered with our conversation. That's the reason I will not hurry to go back.
Always fun. Great drinks & excellent service. Love the pizza, pasta dishes are small
First review I've made and it's because this place was just incredible— Excellent experience all around! Loved the ambiance and decor and food was absolutely delicious - remarkable flavors! Customer service was exceptional!! Jeff the manager is lovely and Shannon the server was great! Loved it so much that I'm coming back on Friday with a friend to celebrate!!
Bianca might need to change up their menu, as after going there many times, I would like to have a special new seasonal dish, or just something new.
Always excellent food and a great location. Sometimes the music in the background is too loud and has an imprint upon conversation at the table. But I've always found this place to be an excellent restaurant with great employees. I highly recommend it
Had dinner last month during the week. NOTHING we got was good. Spent over $80 on a LOUSY meal! Really made us angry. Should have gone to reliable Legal instead. The chicken we got was NOT cooked through. An obvious health code violation! We could have gotten sick from it! The server was friendly and offered to have staff cook some more. But Manager should have come over to apologize and offer to take it off the bill. Which did not happen.
Place was not busy at all. Almost empty except some people milling around the bar area.
The sauce in pasta we got had a strange sour taste.
The rice of sushi rolls we got was cold and not fresh.
So basically NOTHING we got was good.
They advertised this lousy excuse of a restaurant as a James Beard chef owners restaurant. Really? James Beard??? (For the record, they ONLY have 1 restaurant in Boston that was James Beard: the overpriced sushi place near South Station.)

We held an engagement party for 40 in the semi-private bar area, and it was perfect! The food was great (pizza, shishito peppers, hummus, burrata, and cookies. Even as we made a few late changes, the staff accommodates us with no fuss. The space was casual, allowing for mingling, but with enough seating for those who wanted to sit at the bar or at high tables. It was perfect!

We just had a family brunch over the weekend and everything was fabulous! Mushroom pizza off the charts good, my breakfast burger was incredible though a little messy, cocktails were great & love the light/bright atmosphere. Service was just a little slow but the restaurant was very busy. Can’t wait to go back!

Just thought I'd leave this email I received from upper management*. It's pretty obvious Bianca isn't the neighborhood friendly business they have always claimed to be. Once this question passes, and your menu prices inherently rise, how much will you gauge the consumer for these so called "negative consequences"?
This is "not a political issue" by the way. Your words, not mine.
