Decor/lighting and cleanliness are the positives. Brunch food items in terms of quality, quantity, temperature, taste were all subpar. Waitstaff met textbook standards but did not seem to enjoy the work.
This was our first time at Bianca and we will definitely be back. The hummus appetizer was delicious and different. One of us had the chicken parm which was delicious and took home leftovers. The pasta accompanied it and was excellent and huge. Two of us shared the Bianca pizza. The crust was perfect and thin. The pepperoni, sausage and mushroom toppings were delicious and not an overpowering amount. Just right! The apple turnover dessert was also very good. Sam was an outstanding waiter and very attentive.
My husband has a gluten allergy. They were not careful with the food preparation and when he was eating his Caesar salad he found a pasta noodle in the salad. The server's response was to blame our daughter for the noodle showing up in the dish. The manger came over and gave a half apology for the incident and the waitress never returned to the table. Never apologized to my husband and in fact just walked right by him without saying anything. Overall it was a horrible experience and we will never return.
Service was excellent. Extremely accommodating and responsive. Great atmosphere with a wide variety of patrons. Comfortable seating, cool music. The food was good, though maybe not the best I've ever had. I got the chicken parm and definitely enjoyed it. The pizza looked incredible--will definitely be getting that next time

Lovely experience -- good vibe... Busy but able to talk and hear each other., Good lighting, nice ambiance.
Two of us had very attentive service at this restaurant today we sat at the bar. All of the TVs were on basketball. I asked if he had hockey and he put the hockey on immediately for us. We had the best brussels sprouts I’ve ever had and the margarita pizza was Very good . I love the atmosphere in this place. We will continue to Dine here.
Extremely loud music at 1130 on a Friday. Felt like we were at a night club. Politely asked for the music to be lowered but it only got louder.
We had the New Year's Eve price fixed menu and it was great. Very efficient service and delicious food.
Excellent New Year's eve dinner. A very nice value. Waitress OK but could use a bit better training.

Excellent food and service. Nice varied menu. Easy conversational environment. Recommend highly.
It was our first time there and we can't wait to go back! Margarita pizza was the absolute best. Nice vibe and very welcoming.
We always love dining at Bianca's! We love bringing groups of friends and family together here. Exceptional drinks, good food (our favorite is the mushroom sushi) and nice service.
To be fair, we were there when you were only serving brunch, which we didn't really want. We did not enjoy the Shakshura, but the chocolate dessert was great. Our prior meals at Bianca have been very good. We just didn't like shakshura (never had it before). So much for being adventurous..
We had a great dinner with friends at Bianca. Our waitress was great, the food was great and we plan to come again.
