Pretty restaurant but food and service were poor. No one was at the front and had to wait sometime to be seated for my reservation. Asked the waitress a few times about making slight changes to a dish to accommodate diets but was told it wasn’t possible. The Japanese chicken appetizer was almost inedible (greasy, fatty) even though it was recommended. The smoked salmon sushi appetizer was not made with smoked salmon. The pasta was overcooked and too spicy. After asking for the check, we had to ask for it again after 10 minutes. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough and won’t be going back.

We celebrated my aunt's 81st birthday and it was a lovely lunch. The salads and my aunt's salmon were excellent. Server was friendly and we all enjoyed the experience. We will definitely be back.

The food was incredibly mediocre, service was fine. Took forever for food and drinks to come out- just got a coke and it didn’t taste right. Tasted very cheap— we got sushi rolls that were so small it wouldn’t have been enough for a child. Pasta tasted like jar sauce. Way too expensive for what it is.

We went to celebrate Fathers Day- there were 8 of us. The food was fabulous. The service was great very attentive and helpful!

While the food is good, the service and flexibility at the restaurant makes it an outstanding experience

Great! Excellent selection. My 92year old father and I enjoyed excellent fresh food. The server was very accommodating and the atmosphere is both fun and bright, spacious and suitable for young children, couples, and families.

I tried the wood-fired mushroom pizza, tuna tartare, and a pasta dish. The experience was a bit unusual—not bad by any means, but nothing particularly memorable either. The food was well-prepared, and there’s really nothing to dislike, yet it lacked that extra touch that makes a meal stand out.
That said, Bianca offers a quiet and comfortable atmosphere, making it a decent spot for a laid-back weekend evening if you’re staying local. It’s a solid choice for a casual dinner without too many expectations.

Fantastic restaurant and venue space! The food was delicious and the staff was amazing. Very lovely space to host an event.

Very small portions and very expensive. Don't mind paying if you leave satisfied but we left feeling hungry.

Our server was attentive and caring, and our food was delicious. However, the music was blasting so loudly that it interfered with our conversation. That's the reason I will not hurry to go back.

First review I've made and it's because this place was just incredible— Excellent experience all around! Loved the ambiance and decor and food was absolutely delicious - remarkable flavors! Customer service was exceptional!! Jeff the manager is lovely and Shannon the server was great! Loved it so much that I'm coming back on Friday with a friend to celebrate!!

Bianca might need to change up their menu, as after going there many times, I would like to have a special new seasonal dish, or just something new.

Always excellent food and a great location. Sometimes the music in the background is too loud and has an imprint upon conversation at the table. But I've always found this place to be an excellent restaurant with great employees. I highly recommend it
