Was very disappointed earlier today with the host. They were very unwelcoming and kept giving my family and I rude looks along with impeccable attitude when we were speaking. I’m incredibly disappointed that it’s the first experience I had walking through the door and the food was subpar. Guess the service matched.

Sarah G was fantastic. Her energy made my day better. The restaurant is filled with the scent of what only can be described as the Italian restaurants you went to as a child when everything was okay and full of laughter and you didn't have to pay taxes, but in a clean, modern, and inviting way. Also their wine list is like, good. Like REALLY good. Some really fantastic producers.

Meal started out great with great cocktails and a good appetizer, followed by the most mediocre food and even more mediocre service. Unless you’re just out for drinks, I’d suggest you save yourself the trip and grab a microwave dinner. Can’t believe I paid what I did for this (except the cocktails)

Had really bad experience with receptionist/front host while I was trying to get early lunch today. She was not welcoming at all. I understood that there was big party going on so dining table is not available in the first place but she sounds like that it would be then kept changing availability of certain seating options (from look of it, there are empty table seats for sure). I was really displeased with her on-going attitude and lack of clarity and decided to leave. I will probably be never going back here regardless of their food quality and it is sad because I enjoyed their food here. Management needs to have better training for the staff and specially front host as they are the “first impression” of the business.

Came here and sat at the bar on a Saturday night and it was pretty good. Cocktails turned out to be pretty solid (3.5/5) Short rib ragu (4/5) Japanese karrage chicken (5/5) Shishito peppers (3.5/5) Pepperoni pizza (4.5/5) Service was pretty good overall. Ambiance was nice as the decor is pretty good here.

This is a lovely place with a nice family friendly atmosphere. Menu looks very interesting with the diverse mix of Japanese inspired in Italian dishes . We had an appetizer that was delicious. However, both our mains were quite mediocre unfortunately.

Really wanted to like this place because it's so convenient. I cannot even say that the food was bad per se, just totally bland. There were 3 of us and each dish was tasteless, I don't believe any seasoning was used at all. Disappointing!

Everything works here for me. Food is amazing and satisfied both adults as well as picky children!!! Service is fantastic. And the place has a really wonderful feel (I love the wood fired smell of it all). Is it the best meal I've had in my life? not yet. Is it a GREAT meal, yes!

Took a while to clean the table. The restaurant was not that full. It took a while to get my food while everyone else from my party had theirs. They completely forgot that we ordered an appetizer.

Everything was just lovely except the service was not. For example one of the people in our party asked for cream for their coffee which they didn't have and after multiple requests was finally given milk but by the time it came the coffee was cold so they had to get fresh coffee. And there were more similar annoyances. Otherwise the ambience, food and everything was great.

Dinner w my sister last night, service was terrific ~ Receptionist kindly gave us a booth once I asked and our server was delightful, good knowledge of the menu & easygoing sense of humor ~ Food was good but not wow, we shared burrata app (not much flavor even w the fruit, stale crostini), I had short rib rigatoni (ok) & sis had the grilled shrimp (romesco meh)~ This aside, we did enjoy our evening very much!

My fiance and I have been to Bianca twice already. The food and drinks are always outstanding and delicious. I highly recommend the woodfire pizza. Service wise - the servers take a little while to get your order started and to bring the drinks. They however check in with you often to make sure things are alright and they promptly clean the table. I also want to give a shoutout to the managers as they always tend to go around and check in with each table. It makes us feel like valued customers. The one thing I didn't like was the fact that the host stand is in the back of the restaurant from Boylston street so you have to walk all the way to the back to get sitted. Overall-great experience and atmosphere. We'll be back!
