Outstanding! Chef Dave came out and checked on us himself. My partner had the halibut and I had the blue burger. Both were prepared and presented with love and care. We are already planning to return. Wishing them all the success.

We have been a big fan of Chef Dave for a long time and he always exceeds our expectations! The service and atmosphere is terrific and we love taking our friends to his amazing restaurant. Be sure to make a reservation as it gets crowded on most

Stopped in on the 13th of Feb and have been back every week since. The food and atmosphere have been consistent and amazing each time. The staff is amazing “bird”and Helen have taken care of every request I require. This is one of the best to eat in Massachusetts!

Food was as promised. Very good. The rest was terrible: service like a lunch fast food place, no ambiance, no music, headache inducing lighting. They forgot the decor.

Chef Dave’s truly shines as a gem in the culinary world. His establishment is a rare find where exceptional service, exquisite cuisine, and finely crafted drinks converge seamlessly. Every dish is a testament to his passion and unwavering attention to detail, creating an unforgettable dining experience that I believe everyone deserves to enjoy. I find myself drawn back time and time again, not only for the delectable food but also for the genuine hospitality that makes each visit feel like a warm welcome home. Thank you for consistently surpassing expectations and crafting moments that linger long after the meal is over.

Worst front of the house ever. Service was terrible waitress was rude. No napkins or silver with our meals. You can not run a restaurant at these prices and provide such horrendous service or attention to details. Chef should be ashamed to have such good food with the worst attention to details I have ever seen. The waitress practically dropped the plates at our table. First time ever I have not even left a tip. The whole experience was an embarrassment. The lighting is also horrendous and the attention to details is the worst I have ever seen. I have never been so disappointed in a restaurant in years.

We stopped by here on a rainy Tuesday on the way home. The atmosphere was cozy, warm, and intimate. The food was outstanding. We had an appetizer, a burger, and the pork chop. Everything was delicious. Service was friendly and fast. Chef Dave came out briefly and we shared our compliments. We’ll be back soon!?

Cozy place, with great food! Unfortunately, the dinner with parents was ruined by a waitress, who was keep rushing us to order main dishes, stating that there is another sitting in 1.5

Great place for the absolute meat lovers with a solid walletWe enjoyed the appetizers- ribs- shrimps- duck wingsAnd different entrees- steak- lamb rack- chickenAll were deliciousWhat we would love to see for the 5th star- somewhere to hang your coat so it does not have to be on your chair and hang on the ground- transparency on wine and their prices. We were informed there was no wine list we could pick out any bottle from the shelf, like how would we know anything on that bottle- further transparency on prices when educating on the menu (items with MKt price ans specials) so peeps don’t have to ask for it

If you can embrace the underlying nature of this establishment, you will never forget it.The menu doesn't try too hard and the wait staff is happy to engage with what you need in your dish. Substitutions are discouraged but everyone we spoke with was happy to talk about what would work best for your needs. The steaks are cooked to the old school traditional levels. If you like rare, make sure you like it cold in the center, which I do. One of my favorite steaks in a very long while. If you expect medium rare to be anything close to pink, order it medium. Talk to your server about what you expect. The staff is wonderful. The cuts were wonderful. The seasoning perfect. What blew me away was the whiskey collection. And I do mean collection, not selection. You will not find the Pappys and BTACs here. You will find the deep cuts. The B-Sides that you never knew you needed. The online menu does not even touch the collection on hand. The cost is noticeable, but my goodness, so worth it. This is a place to discover things.Take note of the website. Not a place for large groups. Not a place for kids. This is an adult experience that embraces good food made the way it is supposed to be made with a bar and staff to back it up. Absolutely wonderful.Kid-friendliness: Do not try to force this on your kids. This is a place for adults to enjoy a meal in small groups without shenanigans.

Oh my. I'm at a loss for words. I went last night with 3 friends, all of whom had been before and I see why. It's a cozy little place in a strip mall on Route 9 with plenty of parking. The web site said no parties over 4 but there was a table set up for 7 so maybe there are exceptions. It *is* a smallish place, a few tables and a bar in the front, some tables further back. But charming, with a cozy friendly ambience. Chef Dave came through as we were getting settled and gave a friendly greeting as he came by. The wait staff was helpful, pleasant and efficient. The bartender is a magician if the French Kiss I enjoyed is any indication. My dining partners had sauvignon blanc which they enjoyed (okay, I had a glass too after I finished my French Kiss). We had many many questions about the menu and the specials and our waiter--wish I had gotten her name--answered patiently and came back multiple times before we were ready to order. We shared a Burrata salad which was delish. I had the Prime Filet with mashed potatoes and haricot vert with a demi glacé. Cooked to perfection! My mouth is watering just remembering. My companions had the pan seared halibut, another similar seafood dish I don't recall--salmon maybe?--and the lemon roasted half chicken. Raves all around. Okay I won't lie, the steaks and a couple of the seafood dishes were expensive so I'll have to pace myself regarding a return, much as I'd love to eat here regularly. But I truly can't wait to return. I envy those whose proximity and budget allow them to be the regulars warmly greeted as we sat there enjoying our meal. Kudos to Chef Dave and the staff!

We love Chef Dave’s! Another fabulous meal last night. We had a cozy table fabulous wine and a delicious mock tail with ginger and pineapple. We ordered the pork, carbonara special, and the filet. As well as the ribs to start (delicious with the perfect amount of sauce) and Cesar salad with generous Parmesan - so good. We also had the butterscotch dessert which was just a hint of butterscotch and perfect. We will return again, a great place for a romantic meal or to celebrate a happy occasion with friends!
