I am in a walker. They didn't put sandwich in bag. Had to walk all the way back. When I got home realized they still had my credit card. Please....pay attention to customers. Thanks!

This cafe is definitely under new management and the food and service is horrible, not that the previous management was any better... they usually falsely advertise things that they never have... the worse event is the food poisoning I recently obtained after eating their chicken cilantro chili soup and I am not the only person that has complained about food poisoning after eating at this location. The citra cafe in chestnut hill location needs to be shut down and BWH needs to review the service and food care in this location, the hardworking staff and patients deserve better than this. The BWH needs to replace this cafe with a Panera Bread like the main hospital currently has or just open a cafeteria that works with the cafeteria at the main with prepackaged food from the main hospital. This cafe does not reflect good on the BWH substitution.

Their team struggles with communication and it shows because they just blamed the customer for having things on their menu that they don't want to make. They told a woman to not order a egg n cheese because it was past 2:30; nowhere on the menu does it say that breakfast stops getting served at a specific time at a "cafe".... To top it off, the woman doesn't announce this other customer' grilled cheese is ready, and then proceeds to blame the customer.... The food was fine, but still not the best, just not worth what it's priced as. The communication makes this place lack the bright and welcoming traits of other cafes. I'd suggest a picture of a window or something to trick the eye...and a positive amount of communications amongst the team to prevent confused or irritated customers....

Food allergies? Forgot it. I don’t know if this cafe is under new management, but the customer service is not good now. With the exception of salads, there were No gluten free options. For people with this allergy, this is the frequent the option when the restaurant has made no effort to provide options for people with allergies. When I asked why there was no longer a gluten free bread option, they barely acknowledged my question. Finally, they told me the manager removed the bread as an option because of the demand. However, the restaurant never had the option posted on the menu. Unless someone asks for alternative option they would not know of the gluten free option. Moving on the a better restaurant.

I work in the same building as this establishment and they are supper unprofessional, there is a older lady who is super rude to customers. Not to long back, there was hair in my co-workers rice bowl! Today, I usually grab a cup from the cafe cause I utilize it for my oat meal, there has been no issue with that till today when this older women charges me for the cup? All this time before the situation was fine and now SHE is making me pay for a cup which is quite ridiculous. Don’t get ripped off by this place!

Pros: Everything on the southwest chicken sandwich panini was good. Cons: It took them an hour and 15 minutes to deliver a sandwich and a salad. No grapes in the California chicken salad as described. Salad itself was not very good. Chicken was partially frozen and lettuce was in fairly poor condition.Ordered two vitamin waters and one of them was zero sugarNo roast beef when I originally wanted the roast beef and cheddar panini

Well they should have fried chicken sandwiches it bc grill isn't healthy enough for $11.34 chips drink and sandwich but better then shake shack would cost $16.54 . Food delicious and yummy . Is run by HUGE food contracting restaurant . Tip 1st floor in the left side I think . So much breakfast portions choose from. The place is such a gem fir patients and doctors . Had some much of food to eat . I suggested to stock or invest in UTZ or wise chips or wachusetts . Much better then LAYS

There is not a lot of room to discuss how horrible this place is. The food is bland for the most part and overpriced, at the main campus the food is better more options, and cheaper

I love the people that work there but the coffee and hot drinks are awful. They all taste watered down and the prices are beyond expensive for employees. Consider an employee discount for the people that support your business every day!

A nice place for a quick snack or small meal between stops. Located in the Brigham Medical Building at 850 Boylston, the location of the lobby and near the restrooms is convenient. The staff during my visit was polite and professional, in particular the cashier and shift manager. The cashier was helping others between patron cash outs and was helpful in finding lemons for my tea. The young man, who appeared to be the shift manager, was organized, friendly, helping staff, and filling in to see small tasks were done. The food appeared to have fresh ingredients and during my 7 AM visit staff was seen preparing fresh prepackaged items for the day. There were ample and varied of items for different customer tastes and dietary needs. The prices were moderate, but in line for a health care facility. The quality was markedly better than the other sites I have visited at medical facilities. In all, a good choice.

Went in for a quick breakfast while waiting for my boyfriend to finish his appointment. Their breakfast has 5-6 options and I opted for the Egg white caprese sandwich. The roasted tomatoes were my favorite part of the sandwich! Staff was friendly and there was no wait. It looks like they offer salads, sandwiches (on Iggy's bread), smoothies, coffee, and 4 options for soup when it comes to lunch. My sandwich was a little greasy (pesto was the culprit) but it was good!

Nice place to have breakfast or lunch. Good selection of hot and cold sandwiches. Fresh bread, rolls and ingredients. I had the tuna salad on multi grain. Tuna was very good, not to much mayo. Good sized sandwich. Seating for 25 people. Can get crowded at lunch time.
