Nice atmosphere and interior! The server was very nice. But unfortunately the food was awfully subpar. The slices of fish on the sushi rolls were very thin and the two rolls came undone because it wasn't cut properly. I also ordered the tornado roll and it was so incredibly salty that I couldn't finish it (just tasted like ketchup and mayo?). I wish they put more thought into their food as they did with their interior design.

Enjoyed the 갈비 비빔밥 (Galbi Bibimbap) which is essentially marinated beef short rib in a mixture of white rice and fresh vegetables and a fried egg. It was delicious and an enjoyable experience watching the food cook in the hot bowl right in front of me. The rice at the bottom crisped up and gave the dish that extra crunch I was not expecting. It was a pleasant surprise and I'd come again.

Love Misono! Great Korean and Japanese food and friendly relaxed place. Great for eat in or take out and for some reason have seen lots of NE Patriots players when eating in… guess it is a football favorite?

Absolutely a hidden gem. Long time favorite sushi spot. Try the shiitake tempura roll. They have so many delicious treats you can’t go wrong.
Very good sushi. Stone pot bibimbap is very good. Seafood Soondubu jigae was good, but you can find better in West Roxbury (Sharon Korean Kitchen) or Allston (Kaju).

Fantastic sushi and Korean cuisine in Chestnut Hill. Cozy and traditional atmosphere with a beautiful Koi pond water feature as you enter. They have been around for 25 years and are still going strong.Enjoy!
