There is never an order that is filled correctly! They are horrible ! It’s not that we order food it’s 2 medium ice coffees one with skim milk, the other with cream and 2 sweet and low! TODAYs order only 1 coffee with skim milk and 2 sweet and low! This is a daily event.

The place is clean and i definitely understand being busy as ive worked at dunkin the past 6 months just not this location. My drink was made entirely wrong and so was my food. Food... muffin and bacon were very burnt, egg was soggy faling apart from sitting in the warmer too long. Ordered a maple sugar bacon sandwich and was given black pepper bacon which we all knew was coming eventually but you cannot just do what you want when you didn't pay for it. Asked to fix my small drink in large cup of ice since i had purchased a large drink light ice with sweetener and coconut but missing the flavor entirely. Did not fix the drink. As it was already wrong they figured might as well short the cup too lmao what a joke.

This is hands down one of the best Dunkin if not the best Dunkin I have ever been to. The staff are so nice to everyone. I come here almost every morning strictly because I know the drink and food will be the best quality with the best staff to help you. came here this morning around 12 for breakfast and the lady at the window was unbelievable rude to me. she was short with me and irritated for no reason. she ended up giving me the wrong change and when i brought it up to her she got even more pissed and basically threw the dollar(that she was originally supposed to give me) at me and said “have a nice day” with so much attitude i was shocked. i don’t care if you’re having a bad morning when you work in customer service you shouldn’t put that onto your customers!!
