Ordered online at 8:15. Pull up at 8:45, manager comes out and tells me they are closed. Says there was a system error. Refuses to give me my food or a refund. They change their hours to whatever suits them. St least update the app and shut off orders.

One of the workers tried to hand me $10 in coins as my change after messing up my friends order already and not being able to communicate properly because he was clearly from a different country. This all happened as the owner sat and watched with something.

Food is fine but the workers are never there on time. Change the hours online if you can't get the people there. It's absolutely nerve-racking. It says it's open but nobody's there again. Like 3rd time this week. Going to dunkins

Normally the service and food is good here. However, i was served a large diet coke with part of a plastic bag in it. Thought it was ice but when looked closer, I saw the bag. No one at the restaurant knew how or why it was there. Very disturbing.

It depends where you go and the timing is everything here and everywhere is pretty much the same these days
Kid-friendliness: Nuggets are hit or miss and spicy mcchicken is made better than regular almost every time for some reason and it’s pointless to add extra like lettuce/mayo because sometimes they do that anyways and might spite you and make it dry instead so I just deal with it unless you have more time on your hands than I do to keep going back and making your order right, or just stop eating it.. it’s messed up out here good luck get the app save money so you feel like you’re getting ripped off much less

McDonald’s refused to prepare my food for delivery drivers 2 hours before they closed. Drivers were found and orders were canceled. Worked all day/night and just wanted some food. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

Looking for breakfast, but at 11 am, it is lunch time menu. Ugh. Chicken sandwiches, fries and a drink. All the food was very hot and tasted good. Service was fine.

Went to drive thru at 930 tonight. Store is supposed to be open until 1am I'm the last car in line and after the car in front of me leaves the speaker, an employee comes and puts up an orange cone in front of me and tells me they're "closed, sorry". No explanation. And then puts a cone directly behind my car effectively trapping me at the drive thru speaker. I got out and asked what the hell he was doing putting cones around my car so I can't leave, and he just walked away. Normally I wouldn't take the time to write a review about a McDonald's as there is no real point but this situation was absolutely insane.

Food isn’t that bad but, and that’s a big but, they claim to be open till 1 which is right when I would love to be eating a McDonald’s mchicken but they are always closed and gone before 12. I wish they would just close at the time they say they are closing. Too many wasted trips just to go home.
