Slow service. I ordered a frappe and a breakfast sandwich. Staff prepared my Frappe and sat it on the counter. The whipped cream and ice melted while I waited for my breakfast sandwich for another 15 minutes.
The food was good. I get the same few things, so I know what to expect. I went thru the drive thru & the 2 lines at the beginning is nice, but we all still merge at the window to pay (or if it's prepaid, we still have to go thru this line), getting eventually to the pick up window. So we place the orders, but still, there's no time saved unless the pay and/or pick up windows can also be duplicated.

Kid-friendliness: Nuggets are hit or miss and spicy mcchicken is made better than regular almost every time for some reason and it’s pointless to add extra like lettuce/mayo because sometimes they do that anyways and might spite you and make it dry instead so I just deal with it unless you have more time on your hands than I do to keep going back and...
