I've been to this wonderful thai restaurant a few times now and every time it is excellent. I really enjoy the veggie tempura and pad thai. The duck was excellent too. The atmosphere was very chill and relaxed. I would highly recommend checking this place out.

Similan has great authentic Thai food - I know because I have visited Thailand many times. Full disclosure, i know the owner also, and can certify she and her husband do a great job on food and service. I gave only 4 stars on atmosphere because it is located in a strip mall. However the owner has many beautiful Thai statues and decorations from Thailand which create a nice atmosphere. Its authentic enough if you didn’t know you were in Clinton MA you could be at a roadside thai family restaurant found in every town there.

We love Similan! We found it by accident about 10 years ago and have been coming here ever since. Some of favorite dishes are the pad thai, lo mein, and any variation of rice. The fried chive thai dumplings are a must have! Service is also always exceptional.

I have been going here for years. Excellent dumplings, great flavor. Love the pad thai and bun with chicken. Quality has been consistent throughout the 10 years I have been in Clinton. Ingredients are fresh and food always tastes freshly prepared. Will be back for many years to come!

I went to buy crickets. I waited for 5 minutes without any staff being seen. I had to go to the registers at the front of the store to ask someone if they could send someone to the cricket counter. When the person arrived he was bothered that he had to count and bag the crickets.

This place is SO good. The food is phenomenal, the woman who works there is so kind, and the portions are generous. We moved to the area not too long ago and have already ordered from here multiple times.
Food is excellent,Problem is you never know when they are open so it's hard to make plans.We almost never go out to eat at night. so it's mainly lunch.Tried to eat there for lunch 4 or 5 times but you can't tell if they are open or closed till you try the door, only to be disappointed again,Not open for lunch very often, wish it was cause we love the food there.it's so fresh and clean tasting wish they were open during the daytime

I have been here many times often with family. . The food is outstanding. Among the meals we have eaten here are Pad Thai, Beef with Ginger Sauce, Beef with Green Curry, Chicken Satay, Mango Fried Rice, and Papaya Salad. The food is consistantly delicious. I highly recommend that you try any of the above dishes.

I have 6 Thai restaurants closer to my house but I drive the extra miles to visit the best Thai restaurant around! The food is always fresh, incredibly delicious. They use only the freshest and best quality meats and fish in their creations. The owners are warm and welcoming always making me feel like I’m just relaxing with some friends. I can honestly say I’ve never not had a great meal here!

Similan is easily THE best restaurant in the area! Abundant parking, beautiful decor, the kindest staff, and not to mention the incredible food!My most recent experience was truly wonderful. I came in for take out at exactly closing time without realizing it, thinking they closed later. The beautiful young lady who waited on me insisted on taking my order even though it meant they'd have to stay later. She was so incredibly nice to do that, I was very grateful! You won't find this level of hospitality anywhere else!The food is BOMB. It's so good. Literally everything we had was delicious - I've tried a lot of Thai food, but Similan's is the best by far. The prices are super reasonable as well!If you want all-around excellent food, service, and atmosphere, give these guys a visit!
