Simple Man Saloon and Grill

I arrived and sat at a table here at 4:30pm after work. My waitress greeted me at 4:50. My friends arrive at 5:00. I did not see another waitress until 5:40. I had to walk to the bar the order my own drinks and a server who was not in charge of my table reluctantly took our orders at 6:00 ish. Then we got the food at 6:20. My friend had to track down the waitress to get a to go box and the bill at 6:50 because we didn’t receive any check ins or even eye contact. Two tables next to us received drinks and food before us. We left at 6:54. If you’re counting, that means the whole experience was 2 hours and 24 minutes. Two people. We each had two drinks, a friend who had to bail at 545 had 1 drink. Two meals to go for those who couldn’t wait around. And one meal for each of the two of us. Highly disappointed is an understatement! Couldn’t even ask to speak to a manager in fear it would be another hour before I saw them. Hoping if I ever come again their service will be better, I’m certainly sympathetic to the rush of a Friday night but 2+ hours for a dinner that should’ve been 1 hour is a bit insane and frustrating. Only amplified by watching people who came in 30min after you sat down eat a meal before you even speak to a server.

The service was amazing I loved the bartender Nicole she was so sweet and knew exactly what she was doing what a great time !!! 10/10 will recommend and ask for Nicole !!!! A+++

Always have such an amazing time at Simple Man! We love their trivia night!! Susie is absolutely fantastic and takes such great care of her guests.

Definitely try the home made cheese sauce it’s absolutely out of this world!!

This place was actually pretty good. The food was good, the drinks were good. Price wasn't too bad, about $65 for 2 people. We got mozzarella sticks, steak sub with fries, chicken parm dinner plate, and 2 drinks. Definitely will be back.

First time here. Service was extremely slow. My flatbread (pizza) was not cooked well and didn't taste good. Saw someone else get a salad that looked good though. Prob try again and update.

Food was great. Sat at the bar, wasn't busy and it was obvious they were understaffed and it took them awhile to acknowledge us. Both times I've been there I've been given my check before we were done. They gave us our check and we were getting ready to pay when a guy rudely comes up and asks if I had my ID checked, which I had not and I had been there for two hours... Good thing I'm 32 lol...
