I’ve come to this location for years. Workers are usually polite here. This morning the interaction with the black man in the drive through was very disrespectful. I ordered a medium hot chocolate, sometimes this location gives terrible not properly mixed hot chocolate. When I received my hot chocolate it felt extremely light I opened it and seen it was more of a small in a medium cup and not stirred. I asked for it to be filled and the black man filled it but had his bare hands all over the lid where I put my mouth. I simply asked for an extra lid and he said I needed to go to a different location because I am asking for too much. He is disrespectful and I doubt he would say that to the typical customers at this location. He either needs to go through customer training or be fired.

Been coming here for years, most of thestaff. It's pretty good, but I literally just waited in for 15 minutes. There's 5 employees were standing around. Maybe 1 of 2 were taken orders atq drive through it but I watched 7 people leave that weren't back with me. This event happened at 12:03 pm 10/8/2024.The owner can definitely pull up the footage and watch.Not acceptable. And not to mention the manager has the most condescending arrogant personality. I've ever seen in someone that deals with the public

The worst store I've ever been to! The drive-thru attendant was extremely reluctant, understood my order as she wanted, told me after I paid, I asked for it to be taken out and she said she couldn't do it. Terrible! I do not recommend!

The afternoon crew is horrible. I went around 5. There was 1 car in the drive thru. One person inside waiting for a while with a not happy face. I waited for a while for the person to come to the register. The two women working looked at me several times and just kept walking without even acknowledging that I was standing there. I ended up leaving.

I had a disappointing experience with the manger at this location today. Besides her unfriendly manner at the drive through, I had a $1 reward for an item on my app which she insisted was not correct even though I showed her the promo. I didn’t make a big deal of it and paid the full amount because I could see she wasn’t going to do anything about it. Then as she was giving me my change the dollar bills flew out the drive thru window into the pouring rain. She never apologized as she basically threw them at me and just ignored the entire situation, never even making eye contact. Poor management and customer service.
10-10 your coffee is trash my mistake for hoping today would be different, on a hot day after work and politely asking for better I received some over emotional advice on how to order my coffee in the future? thank you . like I’m a sorcerer to your dreams falling short and for failing to learn your way around a coffee pot, either try to learn to make coffee or stay home and do us all a favor

Very busy in the mornings so food takes longer to get once at the window but its understandable since there arent many workers there at once.My orders get a little wrong sometimes but its things i can fix myself without having to come in. (ex. just remove the bacon)Its close to where i am so its a shorter drive and i like how quick it is when its not busy
