Short staffed. Only two people working on Sunday morning. At least 8 cars waiting to order. I went inside they were only taking kiosks orders at the counter and not accepting cash. Placed order. Received my coffee and donut. Waiting on sandwiches. Waited about 10 minutes. I had to ask about the sandwiches. They had to check the screen. She apologized and made them. They were cold. English muffins were right out of the fridge and egg was barely warm. Cheese not melted. During my wait multiple people came in and left without ordering. Between the drive up, the kiosk and online ordering, it was overwhelming the first two employees. Maybe they had someone call out sick. It happens. I am not complaining about the two employees. But you would think the owner of the franchise would be there in that situation. This is not the first time I had issues at this location. They probably have problems getting and retaining help. But either way you would think the franchise owner would show up and help out.

Drive through cashier of 1/24 should not be in any kind of customer based service. So rude , lied about not having a specific product that I know I've ordered from this location before and said they haven't had it for years, my sick wife called in while I was having my order prepared and I tried to add an egg and cheese sandwich, I was refused and told that I had to go around and order through the drive-thru speaker again even though my initial order wasn't even ready yet. I understand and respect other people's time and wouldn't try to cut the line , but it would have taken an extra 2 minute max this was overtly rude and intentional. I will not be back to this location. Go to Pour at the mobile gas station around the corner far superior in hospitality and quality.

This particular Dunks in Cohasset is always great. They keep the line short & moving. Drive thru is the best. The people behind the speaker/menu board are friendly & funny. Great way to start your day.

Genuinely shocked at how bad this location is. The workers say "be with you in one second" 11 minutes later no one helped. They want you to use the kiosk instead of greeting you. The store is dirty and in disrepair. Corporate needs to make a visit as it is terrible customer experience and off brand for Dunks. The owner is an absent franchisee. Shut it down.

What a joke! Unbelievably unprofessional staff...couldn't handle the volume. I counted 5 servers. Lines inside and out. I overheard one employee saying "Don't tell me what to do, I'm in charge!". as she walked in the back room...away from the lines. I was the 2nd in line at the counter. I was in the store for 20 minutes. Had to repeat my order several times....Large iced French vanilla w/2 Splenda and Xtra oat milk. I waited 10 minutes, and until 2 people who came after me got their orders, to complain that I didn't get my coffee. Had to repeat it 2 more times. The "in charge" person came over, picked up a coffee that was on the counter and shoved it in my face saying "It's right here!". I looked down and there was a very dark coffee with a small puddle of white down the bottom....no clue what it was, and no one called out what it was, so I said no one called it out. The "in charge" person looked at me and said "Pick it up and read it!". I'd prefer not to touch someone else's coffee, just as much as I wouldn't like someone else touching mine, but apparently, that's how the "in charge" person runs that Dunks. Because as I picked up my beverage, another server called out an order, and was told to "just leave it there" by a fellow employee. By that time, the store was PACKED!. Mary Lou's gets my business from here on out. No excuse for that behavior. Plenty of staff, just extremely poor management.

A great Dunkin! As great as other ones but better than Lincoln st!

Although this outlet fronts a main road, it's a very tiny store that shares a building and parking lot with a busy Vietnamese restaurant. The drinks and food are as watered-down, bland, and full of empty carbs as other Dunkin's, plus pricing may be out of sync with other franchises. You can comparison-shop via their mobile app if you can venture further to another outlet. Again, note the tiny, non-dedicated footprint here. Parking in the front or rear should not be an issue in the early morning when this Vietnamese restaurant hasn't opened yet, but, for the rest of the day, it might be a challenge. In particular, there's an extremely tight, narrow, one-way, counterclockwise traffic flow around the property which involves squeezing past the drive through (or willfully going against the flow) to access the spaces directly in front. Also, the smarmy stock images currently headlining this Yelp listing have been uploaded by Dunkin' Corporate and do not reflect this particular location - a violation of Yelp rules. Who wants to see photos where the food and drink are insultingly shoved into your face by nasty, dirty, bare hands? #keepitclassy #keepituseful #focusonthefood

Worker did not want to make our sandwich for he was arguing with another employee to make it he said he was tired. Felt uncomfortable for my order after that. Bathroom facility was disgusting and toilet was running constantly. Final note my sandwich bagel was not toasted.???.

Not all that taken by the 'holiday spice' coffee.

Absolutely the worst service i ever have seen. You wait to order 5 to 10 minutes and you are lucky If someone takes your order. Today the 5 cars in line including me all just left. These workers should be replaced or go out of business.

Honestly, a nightmare. Line is always a mile long and there is always something wrong with every order I get. I don't know if they're just always understaffed or what, but if there were any other dunkin donuts closer to my job I'd go there.
