Do not eat here. Find somewhere else. Very disappointed overall. First, they charged you for chips, salsa and queso. Which I’m okay with if it was good. It was straight out of a Tostitos jar. Literally no way around it. Could have bought it at the store cheaper than what I paid for a little bowl of each. 3 out of the 4 of us in my party got Lenny’s margarita. It was 12 dollars each. Not a bad margarita, Just small. When asked about the margarita pitcher they offered, they advised it was 65 dollars. The waitress stated it served 4 drinks in each pitcher. I’m not the best at math but 12x4=48 dollars, why are you charging me 65 for a pitcher? Mmm didn't make sense. Didn’t get it. The food was EXPENSIVE for what it was. 3 tacos, rice and beans was 32 dollars. Again, could have went to the store, got groceries and cooked a whole Mexican dinner for the price I paid for one meal. Not. Worth. It. Never will be back. Do not waste time or money.

Unimpressed. Atmosphere was laid back with a bar feel, however where we were sitting was super hot and stuffy. White queso and standard salsa was Tostitos brand, yet they charged like it was something special. Margaritas were good. The chicken chimichanga was good, but still just a tad bit overpriced for me. For 4 people, 3 with only one margarita, the total reached nearly $150. The cost of a pitcher of margarita was $65, which we did not get. Waitress was average. Definitely better Mexican restaurants around. The overall consensus when we left was being okay with not coming back.

I can’t believe I live a half hour from this place and have never eaten here. The first thing that impressed me was that the wooden tables did NOT have that typical tacky residue. They were clean and spotless. The fish taco combo plate was awesome. The taco was stuffed with lightly battered baja fish, aioli sauce and a pico topping. At my first bite, it was so good that I was already sorry that I did not take a picture of the plate first. I’ll be back there soon enough for pictures. My wife had the grilled chicken with pineapple salsa. Her reaction was the same. There’s an outside eating area, private booths with high backs which are perfect for families with kids, and a regular bar area. Prices are extremely reasonable, you can check them on their web site. If you like Mexican food please go there soon!

Parking: On the street or in the large central parking lot

Kid-friendliness: A family with 2 kids would have a great time in the high backed booths.

Great place to have some Mexican food, live music and good drinks. Just beware of the coyotes on the way back.

Great place for Mexican cuisine in a loft-type setting surrounded by vintage album covers of the past 60 years of classic rock. Indoor & outdoor seating.

I enjoyed the food and atmosphere but was disappointed that chips and salsa are not included with a table.

Probably the worst Mexican food that I have ever eaten. The food tasted like it had been sitting out and was reheated. The beans were cool on the inside and the carnitas were very undercooked. This food has made me nauseous for days.

I don't like the Phantom Gourmet (sales platform, not real reviews), but.... Because of them I heard of this place. I must say, this is the best Mexican food in the South Shore.Everything tastes like it was made from scratch. I had the Carnitas plate and I loved it, my wife found it to be a little heavy with cinnamon, but I loved it! My wife had the Shrimp chimichanga, Even the tortilla looked like it was made on the premises..We also had corn chips with the mango habanero salsa and guacamole. I have seen other reviews say "food is not spicy" well order the mango habanera salsa... It was amazing and will make you sweat. On top of the great food, they have amazing local craft beers like Vitamin Sea and Widowmaker. The music was a little loud, but after a couple IPA I cared less, lol.

It was our first visit and finding the door was a little problem even though there were some small signs. Once inside the door, it was either stairs or an elevator which would have been a little easier to navigate if we had used it before. The restaurant is on the second floor.I expect a little flavor or zing to my food in a Mexican restaurant. Unfortunately everything was bland. Started with chips and salsa. The chips were good. The salsa had no zing. Main course was chicken quesadilla served with some kind of red salsa and sour cream. No zing to the salsa. No seasoning of the quesadilla. My wife had the burrito and hers lacked seasoning also. She said she'd had better at Chipotle. Let's just say we've both had better elsewhere. The part which was good was the service.

Wheelchair accessibility: See my above comments about the elevator. From where we were parked, we went up 2 steps to get to the walkway to access the restaurant and I don't recall seeing a handicap ramp.
