The girls working tried there best…. but just need training. I recommend going at a time that’s not after school or on a weekend when teenagers are working. They are not a trained at all. I ordered three drinks and non of them were right, the girls didn’t know what the drinks were, so instead of telling me they didn’t know what they were they made up a drink that geinully tasted like chemicals. So i went back in and I was very nice about it so they made me a new drink and told me how they didn’t know what the first drinks were, which was fine. They end up making a new drink that I get sometimes, and it was the worst drink of my life it tasted like cough syrup and it was just absolutely horrible like in words i can not explain. Then I bring home my daughters coffee and it’s not what i ask for again. They screwed up the drink again and made her the most disgusting mocha ever instead of a girl scout cookie. Not there fault they didn’t know what they were doing, and they were also really nice! They just need training, But I just recommend going in the morning or school hours to get the drink you pay for.

The food is amazing! Delicious treats and amazing drinks. The atmosphere is colorful but a little tense. The workers however, were god awful. They clearly didn’t care about the customer and were super lazy! They didn’t allow me to get a frozen drink because it was 4PM, (they close at six might I mind you), and they close the blender “two hours early,” yet when someone in my family worked there, this was never a rule! They were very rude about it too. Lazy! Lazy! Lazy! If you want an amazing Marylou’s, go to Quincy. This one has lazy servers who don’t even do their job right.
Parking: There was plenty of room, probably because their service was garbage and nobody wants to be there. (ps, not all servers are bad, just the two I dealt with!)
Kid-friendliness: Not very child friendly. Didn’t seem pleased when a child was there.

Wife loves Maylou's and wanted a frozen spiced chai before we headed home. My first time trying an iced Snickerdoodle coffee. Very different and very good!

Unfortunately I was really disappointed. My fiance and I both got a iced coffee which tasted completely watered down. We usually look forward to getting a coffee here as we come down to visit family once a year.
