Horrible service and even worse management. The speaker for the drive thru has been down at least a year. So 7 cars will be online and each has to order AND wait for food at the window making it impossibly slow. I have gone several times and each I waited at least 20 minutes. So I tried to go inside. Same wait time because they prioritize drive thru. Today I waited for 40 minutes in the drive thru so that’s the final straw and I won’t be coming back. All this wait for mediocre bagels with cream cheese or a bad egg sandwich. Also I go at 9:30 and consistently they are already out of many cream cheeses, bagels, and donuts with limited options. The store only has 16 year olds on staff every day so if you do have an issue good luck getting it resolved. I never review but I was really frustrated today. Sometimes I can hang with it and give my self extra time before work to accommodate the 20 minute wait (which is ridiculous in itself) but 40 minutes is unacceptable especially for food that isn’t even good. Highly DO NOT recommend.

Probably the worst tasting coffee I’ve ever had. Literally took 2 sips and then threw it out, the second sip was only to confirm how nasty it was.paid almost $10 for 2 iced coffees and they filled the entire cup with ice. But after tasting it which was a regular coffee mind you, I would have rather ate the ice out the cup than drink whatever they gave me.

You cannot call yourself a bagel place if you make eggs and bacon in the microwave!!!!
Bacon egg and cheese on everything bagel was a disgrace to a bagel lover from NJ.
Hot chocolate was packaged powdered in water...more like dishwasher water.
