I visit this Starbucks regularly and I am often greeted by Helen behind the counter. She is always really attentive and pleased to serve customers despite often large queues that don’t seem to let up!

Okay, Day Three ordering delivery. MY DRINK WAS PERFECT! I am sure (almost) I know who made this drink, but giving the whole establishment praise. I inhaled everything and licked the inside of the cup. Great job to everyone at the store.

I ordered the oatmeal with no toppings excepts 2 servings of blueberries. The staff had forgotten what drink I had ordered when I pulled up to the drive-thru, so I reminded them. When I received my oatmeal and parked my car, I realized they had given me dried fruit and brown sugar, which I had not ordered. I also only had one serving of blueberries, not 2. Maybe the staff were busy that morning and got mixed up, but at least they were polite and friendly.

Quick stop No line which was a shock! Nice cold latte. Pleasant and friendly voice and at the window. Just right!
Ordered a Java chip coffee drink… it wasn’t mixed properly, I couldn’t drink it. Tasted like chemicals. And I love that drink it’s an indulgence for me. I won’t go back.

To the red haired older lady. I know life is tough but learn to be kind. Those girls shouldnt have to put up with you being angry to everyone in the establishment including the customers. You were extremely rude. All of the young ladies were extremely nice and cudos to them for having to put up with you.
