I ordered the oatmeal with no toppings excepts 2 servings of blueberries. The staff had forgotten what drink I had ordered when I pulled up to the drive-thru, so I reminded them. When I received my oatmeal and parked my car, I realized they had given me dried fruit and brown sugar, which I had not ordered. I also only had one serving of blueberries, not 2. Maybe the staff were busy that morning and got mixed up, but at least they were polite and friendly.

To the red haired older lady. I know life is tough but learn to be kind. Those girls shouldnt have to put up with you being angry to everyone in the establishment including the customers. You were extremely rude. All of the young ladies were extremely nice and cudos to them for having to put up with you.

I've been a regular there for a while--it used to be really solid. Now it sucks. My last few drinks have been wrong and I'm given frozen food items.Other customers are given my order. They must have hired new people that don't care or can't keep up with the fast pace of the store.The employees who's been there a while are very nice about the mistake and they fix it. Its just unfortunate and I'll just go to a different location. I want a smooth and easy transaction in the morning.
If you like flys all over you in the dinner room this is the place to be!!

This is my fav Starbys in the area by far. My mobile walk-in order is always ready waiting for me when I get there, the staff is very sweet and kind and even when it’s super busy they always seem to be on top of it communicating with each other and doing their best to get those drinks out. They are also very nice to my dog when I have time to bring her through the drive-thru for a pup cup, and I love the little kindness rock garden outside.

They are extremely rude. Tried to pick-up my food order, and the barista yelled at me. If the store doesn't want customers grabbing their own food orders (like at other Starbucks), they need to put it behind the counter (not just next to a 2 paragraphs, illegible sign) and offer to help. Either way, yelling at customers is entirely inappropriate. They could have been polite.
