I ordered the oatmeal with no toppings excepts 2 servings of blueberries. The staff had forgotten what drink I had ordered when I pulled up to the drive-thru, so I reminded them. When I received my oatmeal and parked my car, I realized they had given me dried fruit and brown sugar, which I had not ordered. I also only had one serving of blueberries, not 2. Maybe the staff were busy that morning and got mixed up, but at least they were polite and friendly.
To the red haired older lady. I know life is tough but learn to be kind. Those girls shouldnt have to put up with you being angry to everyone in the establishment including the customers. You were extremely rude. All of the young ladies were extremely nice and cudos to them for having to put up with you.
I've been a regular there for a while--it used to be really solid. Now it sucks. My last few drinks have been wrong and I'm given frozen food items.Other customers are given my order. They must have hired new people that don't care or can't keep up with the fast pace of the store.The employees who's been there a while are very nice about the mistake and they fix it.
