Food still great, but prices have increased quite a bit at new location

Service was mediocre at best. Staff seemed miserable, did not get greeted by anyone. I was hoping the food would turn my review around but sadly it did not. The fries were way too well done and didn’t have a drop of salt on them. The steak and cheese was average at best. I do not recommend.

Great tuna sandwich toasted

We love their pizzas and pasta. We missed them so much when they had to move into another space in the same mall. It was worth the wait. Still as amazing as ever. Though we do take out, they new space is bright and cheery with some funky murals and neon lights.

Hours state they are open until 9. We walked in a 8:32 and they said the kitchen closes at 8:30. Then how are you open until 9? This isn’t a bar where the kitchen closes but the bar stays open - this IS the kitchen. Either change your hours or stay open when the hours say you’re open. And would you really turn customers away at 8:32 when you said the kitchen closes at 8:30. Terrible customer service

Not bad pizza, I got a pepperoni and onion rings. Best to eat it while there…

Steak n’ Cheese Sub… ok.

Great new facility, staff very friendly and food was great. Had a chance to met owner and he is very committed to providing good food at a fair price.

I usually get delivery. This time I picked up some pans for a party. The meatballs were delicious and plentiful. The lasagna thick and cheesy. The salad fresh with a great assortment of dressings. I will get catering again.

Was visiting friends who live in the area and we had been shopping and decided to grab supper to go. We ordered 3 dinners to go and we sat and we sat. A lot of people who came in after us got their meals before us. After 15 minutes my friends husband enquired about how much longer. The response from the cashier was: “ oh the dinners “ . So we knew we’d been forgotten but they didn’t want to admit it. After another 15 or 20 minutes we finally got our food. It was very good but too big of a serving of onion rings with meal. I’m not sure my friends will be back as customers or not.

One of the cooks was just coughing and sneezing all over everything without covering his mouth. He was coughing on peoples food and then serving it. He was coughing and sneezing, while delivering the food to the people in the restaurant, the Man of staff that is responsible to make sure that the food is delivered safely without tampering is infecting everything that he served with whatever he had for an illness. Disgusting.

Took forever for my food. It was behind the cashier on the counter the whole time. After 30 minutes of waiting, I got my food. It was freezing and not good.
