Moved here from yelp: I always have a great experience at this location. The management staff are fantastic, even though I miss the ones that have since moved on to other locations (Burlington) or jobs. They always give a friendly greeting and modify drink orders to be just right. I also love that the Cafe Nero app has a student email verification for drink discounts - makes it more cost efficient than Dunkin or starbies. One note is that you need to ask for the matcha to be made darker green if that floats your boat, and it makes you pay extra for that in the app. The actual matcha powder is quite good though. One more note is that I have noticed the sandwiches have less content in them then they used to, to the point where now there are entire bites of just bread. I definitely have to inspect the sandwood options now before purchase and cannot buy them on the app ahead of time due to this.

I’ve been a regular at the Concord location for most of the past twelve months because the team here is fantastic. They’re so friendly! They must have made me around two hundred oat milk macchiatos—a notoriously difficult drink—at this point, and the quality has been consistently great. Many of them have memorized my drink and some will even start making it before I order. I moved farther away recently, but I still make the trip out to visit when I can. The building also pulls off Nero’s target aesthetic way better than any other location—creakiest floorboards, old brick walls, many comfy old chairs, fireplace, books. I love taking my laptop here to get work done. Definitely a home away from home.

0 service. Not informed there was whipped cream in our latte. When we said we didn’t want whipped cream, they scooped it out of our drink and carelessly poured extra milk and served the messy cup as is. The latte was room temp. Horrible service

Most places have plant milks these days so I don’t get excited about that. They don’t have any vegan pastries, but they do have a vegan breakfast sandwich. I don’t like Just Egg so I didn’t try it. I wish they had more on offer. The vibe was cute and the coffee was fine but I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here again.
Not enough filling in the prosciutto and mascarpone sandwich. Too much baguette. The matcha latte was good.

The food always tastes a little stale, the coffee is good but my biggest issue is the way they take orders is so inefficient. Why don’t they take the orders and pay before making the drink like every other coffee shop? Instead you stand at the register while they make your drink and it creates a huge line that moves so slowly.
