I had the vegan breakfast sandwich this morning. It was really tasty, and the “cheese” was still melted although it was a while before I could eat it. They also have plant milks for their beverages. Service was slow although there weren’t many customers so I would recommend people in a hurry preorder (which you can do through them or through a couple of third-party apps).
This place is absolutely incredible. The coffee is always fresh and hot, no matter what time of day I am there. The pastry's are absolutely heaven sent, and the service is truly something. Casey makes my day every time I see her. You can tell she really cares about her customers. She always goes above and beyond, I never leave dissatisfied. Thank you Cafe Nero! You're number 1!

Anthony is the only member of the staff that actually cares about the customers. Everyone else is frankly lazy and rude.

Caffe Nero Concord is a wonderful coffee spot. Not only is the coffee and espresso drinks some of the best I have had but their food and pastries are a fan favorite of all three of my kids.
I would recommend this place a thousand times over!

Café Nero in Concord, despite being a chain coffee shop, offers a unique ambiance with ample seating to comfortably accommodate two people. The background noise level was conducive to conversation, making it a suitable spot for meetings or casual chats. The service was professional; however, I found it slightly frustrating that when I ordered a small cappuccino, half of the espresso shot was wasted. Additionally, everything was served in single-use cups, plates, and utensils, (even when we dined in) which significantly impacts sustainability—earning just one star in that regard. Overall, a decent experience with room for improvement in sustainability practices.

Yes, it's a chain store, but it doesn't feel like it. Inside is a charming rustic interior with plenty of soft seating, tables and chairs to accommodate the busiest of days.
A great meetup spot to chat with friends and family. Or, come alone, grab a window seat, and do some good old fashion people watching in downtown Concord. The coffee is good too!

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a door with a door opener just left of main entrance. Bathrooms are accessible
Service is a little slow and the spinach and feta pizza I had could have been a little tastier. Overall, it’s a great place for a coffee and for getting some work done.
