Truly the rudest staff. I was the first in line (with only one person behind me, who came in a few minutes after me) and when I was finally able to order - the lady asked what I wanted and when I was halfway through my order, she interrupted me and asked the man behind me what he would like, then proceeded to get him what he ordered. Then she came back to me and said “what do you want?” And baffled, i said “i was literally in the middle of ordering…” then proceeded with my order. Idk what her deal is. She came off entitled and clearly hated her job - but it isn’t the customers fault for her misery. Regulate your emotions, be kind and treat the customers with care and attention.

It was a quiet Labor Day and Concord Teacakes (recommended) was closed. I was the only customer at DD. Three employees were having an enthusiastic conversation in Portuguese. I waited for a couple of minutes, feeling ignored and like I didn't belong there and that I was interrupting them. I lost my enthusiasm for a cappuccino and walked out. Luckily, I went across the street and discovered that the 7-11 has flavored cappuccino-like coffees to order AND respectful employees.

This is the best DD I've visited in quite awhile. Staff are uniformly hard-working and very friendly.
Horrible service can’t get orders correct for the life of them. Dunkins 101. You make the order how it’s ordered. Out of almost 3 months of service they got my order correct 3 times. When I complained about it they choose to mock me and make sure to know my face. Although there are 3 other Dunkin’s in the area this is the closest as traffic makes a 4 minute drive sometimes almost 20 instead. As of October 7th 2024 west concord Dunkin’ Donuts do better please.

Have been going to this Dunkin’s since it opened and don’t usually have issues. Today I show up no one’s in line and I order my large berry burst. Moved over to wait and man that was behind me ordered his iced coffee and after a few mins got his. Next guy in line ordered his iced coffees, they all seemed to know him and well he got his before me. So 12 mins has gone by I finally ask if my drink is being made and get a little bit of attitude from the lady. I’m sorry doesn’t take almost 20 mins to make this drink as I have been to many Dunkin’s for this all over. Also it’s really not ok to play favorites to regular customers. Going to be taking a break from this location for awhile.
