I flew home to Boston from Milwaukee to surprise my mum for her 70th birthday. We had about 14 people and had one of the best dining experiences I think I’ve ever had. I believe our waitress name was Conchetta and she was so unbelievable. Amazing personality and made my entire family feel so great from the moment we got there.Food was fantastic, atmosphere was fun upbeat and inviting. We were the last people to leave tonight (I had no idea they closed at 9pm) and Conchetta was so great about it being my mum’s birthday and making sure she had a memorable experience.I have never been here before but I can’t wait to come back next time I’m home (probably June)Thank you again.

We really like this restaurant! The atmosphere is great, the service is very good and the food is delicious! We usually come with our kids and they have kid friendly options! Definitely one of our favourite spots.

We only live 10 mins from the restaurant and had never been before. When we went in we were shocked that we had never thought about going before. It was really a cool space with an impressive menu. The food was solid too. What killed it for us was the service. Never before in my life have I/we felt so belittled and disrespected by a waiter before. Literally never. We were dining with some people we hadn't seen in quite a while so were at the table for a long time when the waiter told us that we needed to leave because he/the restaurant needed the table. I completely understand the restaurant's need to turn tables and am sympathetic but his delivery was aggressive, rude and utterly inappropriate. Not to mention there were open tables next to us!Sadly (for Fiorella's) none of us will ever step foot in that restaurant again nor will we recommend it.

Terrible tiny cheese pizza, tastes like something from a high school cafeteria or a prison and looks it, the pizza at their competitor comellas around the corner is much better for 52 cents more, see if you can tell which is which...

Their pan seared scallops with limoncello risotto is one of my favorites!Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free options. I've eaten here several times and haven't had issues.

So called 10 min before getting there asking if there was a wait we had 4 adults 1 child the girl says no no wait we get there say 5 people she then rudely tells us we don’t have any room for that many… mind you there was 4-5 tables available and I point at a table that had 4 chairs and I said what about that table she again tells me that table can’t accommodate 4 adults and 1 child???? Its 4 seats we just need a high chair the girl did not no how to do her job and was rude! We religiously go to the fiorellas in newton a lot and they are way nicer and more professional!!

It was late, Fiorella's was open, and it was a wonderful dining experience! A smaller space, it had a lively bar areaand enough seating for all their patrons on a Tuesday night in downtown concord. Servers and management staff were well informed and accommodating with regard the menu. To begin the meal, a delightful, dense flatbread is served with a fantastic marina sauce. I then ordered the goat cheese and walnut salad with salmon. I have ordered a version of this salad in many restaurants, but say with confidence, this was my favorite!

Went here Saturday for dinner before a show in nearby Lexington. Cozy rustic Italian restaurant in an old colonial building in Concord center . Small lively bar near the entrance. Terrific service from arriving to departure. We had soup and salad to start and bolognese and lemon chicken penne for our entrees. All homemade and delicious. Our server thanked us for our tip and the owner thanked us for coming in on our way out. Food and service were very good and prices were reasonable for a high value experience. Lastly plenty of parking! Can’t wait to return!

Visited Fiorellas Concord last night for dinner. Charming in town cozy spot. Lively place for really good Italian food. Open kitchen with efficient knowledgeable staff. Small bar area with limited seating. Nice atmosphere and surprisingly quiet even when the restaurant was full. Mellow Concord I guess. We had soup, salad to start and rigatoni bolognese and lemon chicken penne for entrees. All homemade ingredients and delicious. Prices were moderate which elevated the value equation nicely. Our excellent waiter thanked us for a decent tip we left and hoped we returned soon. On our way out the owner approached us and thanked us for coming. Atmosphere, food, service all excellent. As a bonus there are plenty of good parking spots. Can't wait to go back !

I wasn't expecting this place to be as fabulous as it was. The atmosphere was just right. People were happy, in conversations, and enjoying the overall mood of the room. The servers were genuine and attentive. Our server, James had the patience of a saint! We unknowingly called the manager over, and Brigette treated us warm and kindly. It felt as if I'd been here many times and was a regular! (Mind you, this was our first time ever.) Now, the food was plentiful, and was delicious! I was excited because I got to take some home for lunch! I got the Chicken Parmesan as my dinner, and the Italian Wedding Soup for an appetizer. I'm already anticipating our next visit!

We had a Bridal shower at Fiorella’s and the staff were very nice and accommodating! The food was great and everyone had a great time! I would definitely recommend dinning at Fiorella’s. Thank you so much!
