Been here for lunches which are usually good, tried breakfast and not very good. Everything came out cold which means it sat somewhere waiting to be brought out.

Very disappointed, we had previously always enjoyed our visits, however, yesterday everything changed. I ordered a tuna melt sandwich, the server forgot to ask me what type of bread I wanted so it came on barely toasted white bread which was soaking wet from the tuna salad. The server completely forgot to bring our drink order, we didn't get any water until we asked and the server was generally in a daydream.

Food, Service, and Ambience are all wonderful. If you're a tourist, or a local, I advise you go to Main St. Market for a meal. Plus, their desserts are out of this world! Especially their vanilla cupcakes!! All patrons are handled equally with love and care. They are tentative to the needs of every guest. The waitstaff are friendly, happy, and overjoyed at work. Not to mention, the management is FANTASTIC!! #throughtheroof!! I love the history of the Main St. Market Cafe, it's family owned and has been for over 100 years! The interior design provide a real New England feel. I love the red brick, the colored signs which hang down from every wall, the townie-esq bar. Overall, I love Main Street Market Cafe since theres a a great sense of family. If you're new to Concord, I hope you have a chance to join them for a bite to eat.

Very lively place. Decent food. Butternut squash chili very tasty. Waiter didn't bother to check on us, neglected to bring my lunch guest ketchup for their burger, never asked if we wanted dessert just brought over the check. Sure he was busy but not too busy to chat it up with a nearby table multiple times. Still tipped him because I realize how tough it can be to earn a living wage as a wait person.

It was a great moment with the kids. Didn't start that well because we had to wait for 40 mins when we were told 20 but there is a reason. We got the front window, round table for 6/8. It's a little appart and cosy. The food was great, very generous. My burger was exactly what a French guy would expect from an American burger. Fat and juicy.Really enjoyed the place. And stayed longer than expected. So maybe someone waited 20 mins more ?Kid-friendliness: Coloring kit, high chair, beverages in a closed cup.

I had the spinach and tomato Benedict. Needed a little more tomato, and the sauce was a bit on the bland side. Service was excellent. My first order was not as expected, and there was no hesitation to replace it. Wait was a bit long, but it was a busy time of the day. They have a unique post in the rest room. offering to help customers if they feel unsafe, I have included in my post

I live in VA, but needed a gift card for a client who moved out there. I called them up and they were so nice and mailed this gift card for us to the client. Such great customer service! And by the photos, the food looks great, too! If I am ever in Concord, I will for sure stop in!
