Great flavor selection as well as topping selection! Tastes good as well, though a little expensive for the serving size. Staff did a great job too.

Was at event and they had truck serving ice cream. 1 scoop ice cream for $7? Then I asked the man serving if it was flavor I ordered and he sarcastically grabbed the cup and put it up to his face and smelled it. Maybe the shop is better but this guy is special.
Wicked awesome coffee frappe! This was my first time visiting this cute ice cream shoppe in West Concord after swimming in Walden Pond a few miles away.
We stopped in here and got the vegan coffee cookie flavor. There were only 2 vegan options but the coffee cookie was very good.
I miss their window that allowed for outdoor ordering (allowed dog owners to get ice cream-- now I bring a buddy).
Reasons to be Cheerful is a great ice cream shop in the heart of West Concord village. The staff is always polite and the service is great. They have a traveling ice cream truck called, The Chill Wagon, that you can hire for events and parties. Definitely recommend giving it a try!
Great homemade ice cream. Lots of flavors and toppings. Best service
Used to frequent this place a lot but it is never open. 7:02 PM the night before Mothers Day and was told they closed at 7:00 PM. It's Saturday night in May. It was 80 degrees today. Not sure if they are struggling to find help, but there are a lot of places around that are still open.
Good selection of flavors, the waffle cones are basic and toppings are what you'd expect, plenty of seating, fun artwork in the back

Delicious ice cream and staffed with such nice people. I'd recommend stopping here if you're in the area! ?
7 dollars for one scoop of ice cream. The flavors are uninventive and the service leaves much be be desired. I asked for chocolate sprinkles (which I'm certain cost extra) and was handed a broken cone with so sprinkles falling off what looked like a spoonful pours only on the top. I believe if I am paying extra for sprinkles, my entire cone should be covered. And if I am paying $7 for one scoop of ice cream, I shouldn't be given a produce that will likely break as I open the door to leave the vacant establishment (which should have been a red flag to start.) I can safely say, I'll hold out till I reach Kimball's next time.
Walked in now Sunday at 5:50pm, they close at 6pm. Young curly haired girl was rude & said she already closed the register because they wanted to get out of work earlier. Won’t give this place my business after that
Good ice cream (and better than the mega ice cream place a few miles away) but definitely not as good as when we first discovered it. We discovered last year that the shop changed hands between then and now. The ice cream itself isn't quite as creamy, and the flavors haven't been as interesting as they once were. There was a time when I'd happily drive a half hour out of my way to get ice cream here, but now I rarely go unless I'm in the area.
I got the blueberry cheesecake flavor. It was great, but the portions were smaller than I expected.
