Tremendously noisy. I don't mind the sound of talking, bit everybody is speaking loudly because the music is loud, and it needs to be to cover the sound of the machines in the kitchen. I hadn't realized that Salt Box was short for Assault (my ears) Box. Sigh. Won't be returning.

We had the welcome party for our wedding at Saltbox kitchen. It was absolutely fantastic and completely exceed our expectations. The food was phenomenal, the staff friendly and incredibly engaging, and the venue was light, and spacious. 10 out of 10. A wonderful place for a party!

Ordered the burger with fries via toast. Ready when I scheduled, and everything was great! I loved the saltiness of the fries and the housemaid?? ketchup.
I look forward to this place every time I visit! It never disappoints! The blood orange cake, the broccoli cheese soup...everything is always the finest quantity. Preciuos! Most beautiful space. Top notch!!!

Basically you come here for fabulous food creations and even the awesome beer they brew. We came for lunch and had the mezze plate, sweet potato schnitzel, and chicken sandwich with boursin. The first two items were high points and worth many repeat visits. Service is very friendly. This is a busy, lively place.
We came to Concord for the 250th Celebtration Weekend. We came to the Saltbox Kitchen for a cup of coffee - then we saw the display cases of food, the coffee selections, the choices of drinks, and Oh, My! We were blown away! Order #207
The food is A-MA-Zing! Everything we looked at we wanted to buy - we may have our Easter Dinner already prepared for us! Incredible!
Even the US Park Service Rangers know where to go for lunch as they prepare for tens of thousands of visitors for Patriots Day tomorrow!!
We will be yelling all our friends on the South Shore about this place! WOW!

The food is tasty, although quite overpriced. Unfortunately, the biggest downside is the service — on multiple occasions, I felt disregarded and unwelcome, as if they don’t treat immigrants with the same respect. I continue to visit because my employers enjoy the place, but the customer service has consistently been disappointing
