My husband got the Chicken Masala last night, and it tasted like a plate of wine. No Masala sauce, just a bowl of watery pasta that tasted so much like wine it was inedible. I already stopped going to this place months ago because the service is so bad, and now the food too. Steer clear of this place, Dino's, down the street, is a much better choice.

I am a local. I randomly stopped in as I usually go-to Dinos. I had the worst sub I have ever had. The man at the front counter waited and waited to get up to help us. When he did he was condescending and rude. I was with a woman whom has special needs and he was obviously annoyed when she asked questions. Not a business for locals. It's a nasty overpriced tourist trap.

Small, service was nice, but the pizza is like no other. It was amazing! The thin crust pairs amazingly with the hot pizza. Eat it fresh for best taste!

Went back with my son after several years. Has not changed and that’s why it’s great. Prices have..Chicken tenders, Italian sub and garlic bread all great. Service old school. A service and food.

Ordered 2 Walden Salads with chicken, was served without the chicken and once pointed out received some pushback (waiter said that we didn't order it with chicken and made it seem like it was our fault and a total inconvenience to grab what was ordered). Food was ok but service definitely pushes to any other open establishment in the area if this is indicative of a pattern.

I was in the neighborhood and thought I would stop in this place as it seemed like it could use some business. That should have been a sign. I ordered a slice of pizza. If I didn't see someone activity making pizza behind the counter I would have thought it had been frozen. I gave 2 stars because maybe the other food could redeem them, but based on the lackluster service and the sub par pizza, I give it a 2.

This pug faced overweight guy with glasses called me and my boyfriend a cockroach in spanish yesterday. He also spoke Portuguese and continued to insult me and my boyfriend. I am half brazilian and my vovo and vovo spoke mainly portuguese and i lived in costa rica so i understood a good amount of his insults. This was all after i tipped over 20%. Not coming back :)

The food is fine. But when your order a chicken salad wrap priced @ $7.50 on the website and then they charge $12.79 when you pick it up and all of the in-store prices are well above the web prices, you feel swindled. $5 more than the website menu price is ridiculous. If you order based on the menu, better check the prices before you complete your order.

By far the worst quality of food and service. The staff does not read online order instructions. This is second time that I have ordered and the second time that they couldn’t get an order correct. Also, the quality of food that they serve in their lunch sandwiches is far less than expected. I would not recommend Walden Italian Kitchen!
