I've been here a couple times, once in the north county location some time back.The donuts are fresh! And you can get a bunch of tasty toppings that look and taste pretty good. These are not the old school cake donuts with a dense texture . They are really blown up and airy. They do offer a raised donut too, and they are pretty good. If you like the airy type of donut these may be for you, ..else pass. They are also all the same donuts just different toppings

TBH... with all the hype about this place, I really thought it would be better. We ordered half a dozen and only ate two. Neither of them tasted as described. I can understand the appeal for kiddos though. They have some cool looking, super high sugar selections.

Best cake donut I've ever had. I love the "top-to-order" approach-- super cool to watch and ensures you are having super fresh donuts. Their weekend raised donuts were also amazing-- love the variety of flavors and the display made it hard to choose--they all looked so delicious! As a pastry chef, I do a lot of "research" into bakeries, patisseries and donut shops; this is one I'll be sure to stop by any time I am in the Berkshires. Thank you!!!

This was my first time buying. The flavor were great delicious and sooooo fresh but it felt like I was eating bread soo much dough idk I feel like donuts should be nice and kinda fluffy. But other than that the were so good.

I’ve never been in a situation where I wished that I had ordered more donuts instead of fewer donuts until I went to Shire Donuts. The shop is clean, the employees are helpful, fast, and friendly, and the donuts are DELICIOUS! I want to go back for seconds.

We ate dinner here last week and every thing was amazing - the food, atmosphere, and staff! We had the strawberry summer salad (+ steak 🤤) and the truffle fries - perfect combination! We will definitely be back soon!

Are you in for a sugar fix. Well this is the funnest place to do it. LOL I came here for a taste with my realtor. And ended up coming back two more times. After all I needed something to have with my coffee. Friendly faces and the donuts are crazy good. Slurpiness

Everyone at Shire Donuts is the best! They are so good with my son who has made Shire Donuts part of his weekly routine. They are all so kind and patient with him and it’s been very helpful for him to practice his social skills. Locally owned places like this are a gem and you get a kind of service you wouldn’t otherwise get at a chain. I am so thankful to everyone at Shire Donuts for going above and beyond time and time again. You guys rock!

Super cute and gives Mom&pop shop energy. I like the smaller size, as I am usually unable to finish a large donut. Got the sunrise, it’s a citrusy delight! Heads up the Lenox location is closed in Feb. but dalton isn’t far and it’s a great spot.
