Very good food and service was wonderful

Food was good and the service was exceptional. Marcus was my server (bartender) and the service was friendly and fast. Not only did Marcus provide great service but so did the other servers and managers . I was checked on by at least two other servers and two managers. Very happy with this place

Excellent waitress. Manager was going to each table asking inquiring about customer satisfaction and if there was anything more he could personally do. An all around positive experience.

Great burgers and pub food. Bar is pretty good as well. Not all Applebee's are.the same, it depend on the staff. I've been to other restaurants where mostly young (under 30) run the place. You can bet the svc sucked. Fortunately, the location where I go has an older, more experienced staff. Especially the bartender, old school people are much better suited to serve the public.

save many specials the prices are very reasonable. They have many different drinks. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. If you have a chance I would go and try it. They welcome children to. They have a menu for them as well.

Applebees is like my own Cheers. Love the bartenders, love all the employees there. Friendly and great service overall. My favorite place to go to during breaks and after work. I'd love to see more selection of alcohol at the danvers location.

I was a bit disappointed at this location because I had high hopes because of the excellent service I experienced at laurel location in Maryland.

Good food. The bartender guy was real cool & polite. Also, they gave me the Military Discount of, I believe, it was 10% off.

An unusually disappointing trip. Maybe someone new was working in the kitchen. There was ketchup on a hamburger, when it was made clear that there was a tomato allergy. There was missing cheese and bacon from one of the burgers, and when we mentioned it, only bacon was brought out on a plate a few minutes later. When my husband mentioned the cheese, instead of bringing the sandwich back to the kitchen, they brought cold American cheese out on a plate for him to add to his now colder burger. My husband and I met working in a family restaurant, and this is just not okay... And especially surprising for an Applebee's.

Not my favorite atmosphere or food koto ready to return. Fast food place. I like to dine and relax

Really good, had a blast with friends it's like a normal sit down restaurant/bar. No complaints enjoyed the food and they are flexible about making changes to the menu.

Came in for dinner, place wasn't busy. Ordered boneless wings as an appetizer and also placed our order for dinner. Waited 40 minutes for the wings only to have them arrive cold. They brought them back for new order, they arrived 15 minutes later. I asked about our meal and they said it wasn't ready yet, 2 minutes later it came out. I ordered the 4 cheese Mac and cheese with honey chicken tenders. As soon as I saw the pasta I knew it was cold, yep ice cold. The manager brought my new plate out to me bragging she had cooked it her self, well where was the cheese sauce that goes on the 4 cheese Mac and cheese!! Never again will I go to this location.

This is my 1st time at this Applebee's. The food was wonderful. Grilled chicken and mashed potatoes. My friends enjoyed their salads. The cleanliness of the dining room was good. Dishware and utensils did not look clean. I really was not impressed with our server. He was not out-going or helpful. Shy. He left us for long periods of time. Even though my ice water was gone he didn't ask me if I wanted anymore, I had to ask.
