Danielle cannot handle front of house, impossible to get her to seat you. Plenty of seats at the dining room

I ordered wings from Buffalo Wild Wings and was very disappointed. The wings came with almost no sauce, extremely dry. The sides were minimal — only 3 carrot sticks and 2 pieces of celery, and no blue cheese was included, which should come with the order. For the price, this was a very poor experience.

The service was very slow. Our food came out almost cold. This is my second time in a Wild Wings I didn't like them the first time didn't like it this time I won't go into another one.

Went out with 3 other people all of our meals were cold and burnt never coming again. Chicken was stale, the soda was watered down and the fries could’ve broken a glass window. our waiter was no where to be found the whole time after ordering as well

The burger was so burnt, no edible at all. Also got wings with a mix of flavors, all were dumped in the same box.

I didn’t even get anything. We waited for like 15 minutes and two other gentlemen were waiting as well. Not a host at the counter the ENTIRE time. Like we decided to just leave.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. The service is absolutely disgraceful. Buffalo Wild Wings do better.

Shitty sports bar that almost made me go into a raging episode can't even be bothered to keep healthier options like the grilled chicken clubon their menu companies like these care more for there bottom dollar then the welfare of they're customers.

I don’t usually give reviews but was compelled tonight. Had many bad experiences with the Buffalo Wild Wings in Danvers. Was yelled at my an employee, food never ready, etc. But tonight, not only was my food 25 minutes later than the pickup time, it was disgusting. The wings were rock hard and seemed old. You could have broken a tooth eating these. They were old and most likely reheated. Could not consume them. The fries were old as well and cold. There were 4 patrons in the entire restaurant and still no server at the desk to help, but there were 2 workers sitting at a table just hanging out. They even looked at me and another person waiting and carried on with the conversation. This place is a joke and clearly everyone sees that now as there are never any people actually dining there. The board of health should be called because you know that kitchen is disgusting too.

Danielle who answered the phone today 11/28 was so extremely rude and unhelpful, I can’t help but write a review in hopes she’s spoken to about her attitude. Called today at 12:30pm, asked if there was a wait for 4 people. She very abruptly told me “there was no wait and no waiting period, just come on in” really not sure what she meant other than that there wasn’t a wait. Tried to thank her while we were getting off the phone and got a “yup” and a click as a response. Got the 2 kids in the car and headed there.
The first thing she says(rudely) to me was “there’s a wait” not “hello”, not “I think we spoke on the phone” just “there’s a wait”. I asked wasn’t it you I just spoke to on the phone? She said she was waiting for a party of 10 to get there?? Since when did that happen? It took me 16 minutes to get there. She was so rude and inhospitable, she could have handled it so much better from beginning to end and I wouldn’t be writing this review. I’ll never come back.

Came in today for a quick a lunch and noticed a strong, nasty, sewer like smell that made it very hard to want to sit and eat. I understand things happen but if there’s plumbing issues maybe during non operational hours something can be done.

This store blows. Instead of making sure the dasher is following procedure they just let them take off with my order.
I had to call 6 times for someone to answer just to have them tell me “there’s nothing they can do” for a cup of mac & cheese and chips and queso…. Ohhhkayyy.

Fries served were old, dry and reheated. Fries were replaced in less then 3 minutes. Why serve a customer expired fries if fresh ones were almost ready. Restaurant was empty on a busy sports night. Probably not go back.
