I'll never eat here again got some sad excuse for a human being managing the kitchen as we asked for the manger and jaba the hut came out with an attitude we can tell why we where missing food and looked like it had been eating what a disgusting place, the host and waitress were fine this is not there fault this is 100 percent the kitchen and the manger should be fired, we got a vidoe of her sitting down eating people's food in the kitchen, very unsanitary, will be reporting to the board of health

i have been coming to this location for years and have always had a great experience. i went this past weekend and got there at 11pm looking to dine in as they close at 12:30 and the manager was beyond rude. the manager was handling take out/pick up orders and completely ignored my existence. came back multiple times to do things on the computer and have conversations with other customers and never once said a word to me. never said “someone will be right with you” didn’t even tell me it was too late to dine in, NOTHING! clearly wanted me to leave which unfortunately i gave him the satisfaction, but im beyond disappointed especially because i drive past two closer locations to get to this one. horrible customer service

What a dreadful experience—ordered takeout and arrived to a chaotic argument between a customer and a server. Guy got kicked out of the restaurant after telling a server off and acting irate in response to poor service. So it was nerve racking to start but then got my order and the chicken wings with the order, the main thing one gets at this restaurant was left out of the bag. Whatever they went back and got the wings, get back home and open them up and they shorted us three wings and gave us an entire box of plain wings with no sauce (obviously not what we ordered. If you want a double dose of drama and half of your order go to this place. If you want sane service stay away.

Hours are said to be open until 1am, however at approximately 11:30pm I was unable to order online. I then arrived at 12:20 in person in attempts to order that way, and was told the kitchen was already closed. This was an unfortunate experience that reflects either inaccurate hours or lazy service.

The hours online are wrong. It says it is open till 1:00 am. The kitchen closes earlier than the website said.. We tried to order around 11:00 but it kept saying “error couldn’t process transaction.” Put the right hours.

Online it says open until 1am but the kitchen actually closes 40 minutes earlier. The kitchen is closing earlier than they are supposed to based on the hours online, or the hours are incorrect and must be updated.

Got a takeout order. I was given the wrong sauce. Instead of honey BBQ it was an extremely spicy sauce that my 5 year old with an allergy was given. They also put barely any sauce on the side of the chicken that was supposed to be garlic Parmesan throughout and it was not edible. I called and explained and the manager hung up on me!!!!!!

Walk in to an empty hostess stand and two 30 something brunette waitresses hiding at their station. After 15 mins of waiting at the host stand I walk into the dining room ask to place an order for 15 garlic parm wings. She instructs me to go back to the empty hostess stand and I said there is nobody there and I kid you not this girl says “well there will be “ she was talking to her coworker scrolling their phones. There was one party in the entire resturaunt. Astonishingly poor service.

I made an order through doordash to be picked up by me, doordash gave me an alert that it should be ready. When I arrived there were plenty of others also waiting for their online orders so I kept that in mind and I was patient. I let them know my name and order (which doordash tells you to do upon reaching the restaurant). The employee turned around to look at the obviously empty rack and turned back to me to sarcastically say that nothing is in yet, which I clearly already knew but I was just doing what doordash tells you to do. Inform the restaurant you are there to pick up. She continued with snarky remarks to everyone who came to eat or pickup. No apologies for the wait or inconvenience to anyone, just unapologetic and sarcastic sighs. After waiting an hour after the estimated latest time, I still didn’t receive an apology or any remorseful comment to aid my disappointment. I watched that same employee bring out the soda for my order and have it there sitting out for 30mins and then when my food was ready try to hand it to me. I asked her to please make me another one because the ice has probably already melted into the drink, and she was rude about it but still got me a new one. I get home (my mistake but I had already waited so long and there were still so many others there) to check food and the “grilled chicken tenders” were rock hard tiny slivers of meat that was obviously left out all day extremely dry. The boneless wings had the sauce on the side even though it should have been all over the wings. The fries where hard and stale, clearly not fresh. All of it was cold! I called to complain about the wait and the horribly low quality of food, because if at least the food was good I wouldn’t have complained about the wait. I was offered to receive new food or a gift card, I chose gift card and went in the next day to receive it.

Weeks later, I make my last order just to use up the gift card because I already made up my mind on never going there again. I made sure to go right around opening because I didn’t want the disaster of dinner time rush. I order a meal with boneless wings and pay extra for chili on the fries. I pick up my order with a reasonable wait time, and I check the food in the car. I realize there’s no chili on my fries, but at least this time the food was warm. I check the tag to make sure it says “add chili” and I go back in. I let her know that there’s no chili and she doesn’t say “sorry i’ll fix that for you” she straight up walks away and comes back with cold chili in two small sauce containers and throws it in the bag. At that point I realized there’s no point in complaining I just left. Thank God the rest of the food tasted good it was just that when you pay for chili fries you expect to have warm chili on top of fries. you don’t expect to have to assemble and heat it up yourself.

The quality and service is extremely questionable and not consistently good. I would have preferred to have my money back instead of a gift card because I knew that ordering from here again would still be problematic and it was. I could not imagine sitting to eat here if the service is this bad right at the door, possibly better if they know they are getting tip or not, like I said it is questionable not consistent. Nothing justifies giving PAYING costumers cold food or making them assemble the food themselves. We payed for bbq wings we should not have to put the bbq on ourselves, or heat the chili to put on our fries. These are standard expectations, if you are understaffed then plan accordingly, shut down all online orders until you have adequate staffing, but do not cut corners on service or quality to compensate. The waitresses and cooks need to be retrained or fired. They behaved disgustingly and should know how to handle busy nights, part of their expectations as waitresses is to keep customers happy and comfortable while they wait, not disregard and disrespect them.

100% disappointed and please customers do not waste your money here.

We get takeout here at least a couple times a month and it never fails, there is always something wrong with the order. They either forget to put something in the bag or the food is badly prepared. Received an order tonight and the wings barely had any marinade on them AND there was an order of 5 wings missing. I'm done with this place. Just read the rest of the reviews if you need another reason not to eat here.
