Elizabeth is the best server I’ve ever had!! Amazing service, so kind, and fun to talk to! She was attentive and pleasant. I will definitely be going back because of that.

We showed up over an hour before close and the manager said we can’t serve you even though they close in an hour. We wanted one drink poor bartender could have made over $100 in tips. Would never go here again. Terrible experience!!! No wonder this BWW was empty…

I ordered two 15 piece wing meals for my Grandkids that each came with a large fry but there was only 1 large fry in the bag. Not a happy customer for over $40!

Have not been here in more than 5 years, and this time was nothing like that last time. The food was pretty good and I did not feel terrible afterwards. In the past, I would feel absolutely terrible. The prices on beer and food cannot be beat. I had 3 tall beers, chicken tenders, and we split apps. All under $45/person. The inside was nicely renovated since last time and our waitress was good and did not disappear on us. I would absolutely go back for other sporting events. The only suggestion would be to clean tables off quicker so we don’t have to look at it for hours while sitting there. There were more than 3 tables at a time with dishes and trash from the last guests. Overall great experience!

First and last time. Worst experience ever. Order is ready to be picked up and no one to help in the front. One person and she was with another customer for 10 Minutes making jokes. The food looks like left over
I usually order my food on-line, then pick up the order myself. The website isn't user friendly. There is no where to add notes. When we order a 15 piece of wings I wanted to 10 one flavor and 5 a different flavor. They split the flavor in half and I for 14 wings. Several times I also selected veggies to go with the order, 2 out of 3 times recently they didn't include and I had to ask. The Host are always friendly and helpful. The times I have picked up food it tends to be quiet. One of my favorite items on the menu is the Chicken Nachos 🔥

BWW clearly spending too much on marketing and corpo salaries with little consideration for properly managing and compensating people actually doing the work. Location isn’t even bad, this place is a flop.
This spot will be closed soon enough I’m sure. Too bad, BWW used to be fun and hit the nostalgia factor.
