I have my coffee here everyday, but today I had the worst shameful experience. This two young ladies behind the counter, blonde and black hair with glasses, not only they make me the wrong coffee, done by the blonde one, when I return it, the other girl grabs it angrily and throws it in the sink giving me a look. When they remake it and give it to me, still giving me angry look ,no apologiez , nothing. I felt so humilated but I did not have time to ask for the manager.
We waited forever for our coffee. It's not suitable for children at all; there's nothing for them to do. The staff is unprofessional and rude, especially the guy who looked at us with a disapproving look.

I had a very disappointing experience at Caffè Nero in the Northshore Mall. I waited in line for about 15 minutes only to be skipped over completely by a worker who took the order of the person behind me instead. I'm not sure how or why this happened, but it felt dismissive and honestly made me feel like crap.
Another worker did notice and told them “you have to make sure you ask,” and they said “sorry ma’am” to me, but by that point I was already upset and disappointed. It left me feeling like my time and presence didn’t matter. Really poor service.

Caffe Nero is a great place to stop in for a snack, drink, or lunch. The drinks tasted great (the match was the perfect blend of creaminess and bitterness), the sandwiches were divine (especially the pesto one) and the staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. Great coffee spot!

Staff wasn’t very helpful. Had to ask our order three times. Food mediocre, coffee whatever. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great.

The store is good but the service with ordering ahead with the app or Uber eat is garbage it's happening to me like 6 times already that I placed an order through the app and wait for 20 to 30 minutes and if you don't ask them for your order never get ready they never look at the tablet with the other, disappointed service compared with starbucks no chance to compete for caffe nero the management needs to change this as soon as possible or remove the service if they aren't capable 👎👎👎.

Food court in Peabody? Or Italian delicatessen in Rome airport. You might not be able to tell the difference.

These Caffè's are always wonderful. Good food, vegan options, great drinks& coffee. About as close to good euro coffee you'll find from a chain around here. Went to these over seas too, good chain

This place is in desperate need of some attention from management. The service was painfully slow, my coffee was awful and half-full only, no glasses for water, trash bin up to the rim, trays for dirty dishes completely full. This is not why we pay $5 for a coffee.
