This place is in desperate need of some attention from management. The service was painfully slow, my coffee was awful and half-full only, no glasses for water, trash bin up to the rim, trays for dirty dishes completely full. This is not why we pay $5 for a coffee.

Some of the friendliest and kindest staff that I’ve encountered at any Caffe Nero establishment. And I’ve been to many over the years! Cappuccino and food are both excellent as well. This is a great spot to study, socialize, or just take a peaceful moment to yourself!

Ordered on the app and waited 20 minutes for a regular iced coffee that was never made. Asked for a refund and was told to get it on the app which isn’t even a possibility. The coffee here isn’t exactly cheap either. Unacceptable. Train your staff properly.
