This coffee is sourced directly from small holders in the highlands of the Bench Maji region, South-West of Ethiopia where coffee can still be found in its natural habitat growing under the canopy of trees. This region is considered a genetic hotspot for Arabica coffee. This unique natural processed coffee has been carefully sorted by hand and prepared to deliver loads of fruity and juicy notes: blueberry and cacao. Packaged in a protective atmosphere. This place is in desperate need of some attention from management. The service was painfully slow, my coffee was awful and half-full only, no glasses for water, trash bin up to the rim, trays for dirty dishes completely full. This is not why we pay $5 for a coffee.

Some of the friendliest and kindest staff that I’ve encountered at any Caffe Nero establishment. And I’ve been to many over the years! Cappuccino and food are both excellent as well. This is a great spot to study, socialize, or just take a peaceful moment to yourself!

We enjoyed a lovely morning near the fireplace, indulging in craft hot beverages. The atmosphere was cute, cozy, and romantic. Fernando's vibrant personality shone through as he skillfully crafted our delicious drinks. I highly recommend a visit if you're in the area.
