Saddest breakfast ever. They only had 2 types of donuts, no croissant option for my sandwich, my mocha tasted like it had 0 pumps of chocolate, despite being brown in color. I totally despise my boss who gave me a $10 dunkin gift card, should've asked me if I just wanted the money instead. What a waste of my time and gas. (Note: I had given this same Dunkin a 5 star review 3 years ago, management have changed for worse it seems, although the place looks nicer than the last time I came here).

Nichole is the most disrespectful manger trying to get people fired very dirty
Some of the mangers Can't mange a clean Habitat. i work there for 2weeks and it is just Disgusting they use the same bucket to retrieve coffee and they are not sanitary. Hands always dirty next time one of your guys go in to dunkins watch closely and u will see what I am saying.

I came in to pick up my coffee, while standing there the manager berated her staff in front of patrons with her arms crossed and a devil stare! i was completed appalled and felt bad for the staff- i would never work for this women and be treated like that to serve coffee, nope!

Went thru drive-thru…ordered med decaf hot coffee. Picked up at window could tell it was not hot. Beeped my horn several times to get his attention….ended up having to go in. Explained this was the third time I’ve had to return decaf coffee because it was cold and I wouldn’t be coming back. His reply…..your choice. ?ā€ā™€ļø?ā€ā™€ļø Waited for a new pot….didnt even get an I’m sorry….just slid the coffee across the counter. Guess I’m the idiot for thinking it couldn’t possibly happen a third time and for expecting an apology ?ā€ā™€ļø?ā€ā™€ļø. They obviously don’t check the decaf pot often enough.
