Gave me cold and hard food. Really disappointing because it wasn’t even busy and I spent almost ten dollars and this mess. Never coming here again. It’s February 12th now. Came back to see if they can at least get a drink right. Which they didn’t and when I told the lady who barely speaks any English to have me talk to someone else she told me that my drink is correct and told me to just take it. This is the WORST Dunkin’s ever and if you like your food the way you order it don’t come here. I’m walking into work with a big ass cup of skim milk.

genuinely one of the worst dunks i have ever been to. They fail to make the most simple drinks right and then the workers get mad when you correct what’s wrong ?? Whoever they have on the speaker is extremely disrespectful they shouldn’t be mad when they are literally saying ur order wrong and u correct them! everyone in danvers calls this the worst dunks im surprised people still go.

Everything you want right before you get on the highway, quick service, friendly staff, haven't been called "sweetie" in a long time, made my day
the girls who work the morning shift are AWESOME......BUT the girls who work the evening shift ARE RUDE, LAZY AND ALWAYS REFUSE TO MAKE ANYTHING BUT COFFEE....ALWAYS SAY MACHINE IS BROKE AND TONITE I ASKED FOR HOT CHOCOLATE AND SAID SHE COULDNT MAKE IT....I go to this location at least 3-4 times a day and I ALWAYS TIP ....ILL NEVER GO THERE IN THE EVENING AGAIN, THEY SHOULD BE FIRED or they should quit if they don't like theyr job...and by all the bad reviews iv read im blown away how the manager hasn't done anything about the RUDENESS AT THIS LOCATION!! VERY SAD ESPECIALLY FOR A LOYAL CUSTOMER TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS !! BUH BYE !!

Employees are extremely rude.. I placed a mobile order for two orders of double espresso shots in which they decided to add them together. No biggie, but when I pointed it out the woman started getting loud with me about it and told me I was wrong and had to specify in the online app.. even though it specifically says two orders which should mean two separate cups. Anyway, all I asked was for it to be separated and I get spoken to in that manner. I go to this dunks often I am very disappointed with the service I experienced today and I will not be returning.
